Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - General Upkeeping Sanitary And Conservancy Works Inside Captive Power Plant - SCOPE OF WORK 1. UPKEEPING OF OFFICE FLOORS BY CLEANING/SWEEPING Cleaning/sweeping of office floors, open area, pavements and beneath tables, chairs, cupboards by hard/soft brooms. De dustings of tables, chairs, Almirahs ete, of the rooms with a piece of clean cloth. Collection of waste materials from the offices. Disposal of all generated waste by trolley by mechanical means to designated place. 2. UPKEEPING BY MOPING OF FLOORS. Moping of neatly cleaned floors with mopper using disinfectant added to water in specified ratio. (Buckets to be supplied by the contractor) 3. UPKEEPING BY CLEANING OF TOILETS. (A) Toilets are to be maintained in a very hygienic condition. Toilets are to be free from sticky smell. Process of toilet cleaning. Soaking of floor and walls with water. Application of water added with vim powder to floors and walls. Cleaning with high pressure water. Scrubbing & cleaning of floors and walls with scrubbers. Scrubbing & cleaning of water closets, wash basins, cisterns, urinal partitions, basin platform (counter) by using cleaners, acid etc. Cleaning of sensor CP/Brass fittings, Mirror using Colin and duster cloth. Wiping the floors and walls with sponge, mopper and duster cloth. Required quantity of phenyl, Sanitol to be spread over water closets, wash basins, traps etc. Check and refill required quantity of Naphthalene balls etc. (Cleaning frequency Cleaning of all the toilets to be completed 1 time before 8.00 AM and 20 time cleaning of toilets of ESP, ASPH, UCRs etc and other specified areas between 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Intermittent cleaning on need basis) NB: Payment shall be made for one toilet block irrespective of the sise, partitions, and fittings/fixtures. 4. Cleaning of doors windows, ventilators and glass pansa, 1) Cleaning of dust in any form from doors windows ventilators glass windows etc. ii) Thoroughly cleaning the surfaces with duster cloth and brushes for removing of dust. in) Where ever required wet cloth to be used for removal of stains if any. iv) Frequency of cleaning will be for every fifteen days. Note: Payment will be made for size of the opening and each surface of the door/window, No extra payment will be entertained for grooves, edges, sill etc. 5. Cleaning and removal of cobwebs and dust from wall surfaces. Neatly removing cleaning of cobwebs from buildings at all levels with the help of cobweb remover. ii) Neatly removing the dust from wall surface with the help of smooth synthetic brush /soft brooms. Note: payment will be made per. floor area. 6. CLEANING OF DUST BINS/SPITOONS Collection of waste from dustbins/ spittoons and disposal of the same to the designated areas inside plant Cleaning of dustbin/ spittoons by water Replacement of sand from the spittoons The area of dustbin & spittoon should be neatly maintained. 7. DISPOSAL OF CARCASS. Lifting & shifting the dead animals/birds to the place of cremation. Excavation of suitable size pit for the carcass. Covering the carcass inside the pit by the excavated soil. 8. UPKEEPING OF ROADS BY CLEANING BITUMEN CONCRETE) Maintaining the roads, berms neat & clean are the symbol of good housekeeping. Cleaning of road includes removal of all types of debris, ash, coal, dust, dry leaves from the road surface and berms, papers, polythene bags etc. Cleaning frequency-Daily, weekly as mentioned in BOQ. Cleaning of bitumen/ concrete roads including berms manually by using hard/ soft brooms, Collection and disposal of the waste materials generated in a designated area hy trolley or mechanical means within a lead of 3.0 KM inside the plant premises. a) Above 7.5 Mtr. Wide roads b) Up to 7.5 Mtr. Wide roads c) From 3.5 mtr to 7.5 mtr wide road. 9. UPKEEPING OF CHP-1 ROAD BY WATER WASHING D Removal of coal, coal dust, ash etc from the road surface with the help of spade /scrappers. Almost cleaned roads are to be water washed to make complete dust free. ii) Pipe will be procured by agency and agency has to take water point connection from nearest water point. iv) Frequency of cleaning will be once daily.
