Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid for Services - Charges for UTGCold batch12 hours shif , Custom Bid for Services - Charges for UTGHot batch12 hours shift , Custom Bid for Services - Driving services inside refinery12 hour -Line Item No. 1- Per shift rate for cold probe batch UTG Line item description: Vendor to provide a team consisting of one technician and one helper equipped with through-coat ultrasonic th ickness gauging instruments, capable of measuring thickness of metal over paint without having to remove the paint and capable of operating on a surface temperature up to 75 deg C, all other consumables required for works, all Personnel protective equipment etc. for a period of 12 hours during day or night including on Sundays and Holidays, including 30 minutes of lunch or dinner. The rate payable shall be per team per shift basis. In case number of actual hours worked at site is less than 12 hours, pro rata deduction shall be applicable. The rate payable shall be per team per shift basis. In case number of actual hours worked at site is less than 12 hours, pro rata deduction shall be applicable. The scope, specifications and terms and conditions shall be as given in the tender document., Line Item No. 3 – Driving services inside refinery Line item description: Vendor to arranging driving services to facilitate movement of the crew deployed inside refinery for a period of 12 hours during day or night including on Sundays and Holidays, including 30 minutes of lunch or dinner. HPCL will provide jeep for driving under this line item inside refinery. The rate payable shall be per shift basis. In case number of actual hours worked at site is less than 12 hours, pro rata deduction shall be applicable.
