Agency crush sand, coarse aggregate and other materials should be as per quality standard Scope of Vendor1 All necessary tools, tackles, machineries for the said work with 3rd Party Certification is in vendors Scope. 2 The entire Scope of work under this contract shall be completed within 21 days. 3 Lifting, loading, unloading and shifting of materials will be in agencies Scope. 4 Execution of all works with the compliance of AM/NS Safety Standards. AM/NS Scope of Work:- 1. Structural steel members, cement and consumables in our scope. 2. Specify penalty for non performance by vendor and must be cardinally measured: -Yes 1.0 TIME SHEDULE AND MOBALISATION 1.1 The entire scope of work under this contract shall be completed by the contractor within 21 Days from issued order which shall be the effective date of the contract. Accordingly, contractor shall mobilize within 1 days from the date of work order. 1.2 The contractor shall submit a macro <(>&<)> micro level schedule of planning of placement of equipment’s/manpower and execution of entire activities for the subject contract for approval of Employee’s within 1 days from the date of issue of work order. 1.3 Contractor shall mobilize additional equipment’s/manpower during the course of contact in line with progress and conformity with the approved schedule 2.0 QUANTITY VARIATION 2.1 Quantities against individual items shall be subject variation based on actual site condition contract execution period. AMNS retains the option to divide the volume of work order under this contract to other contractor during execution of work in the overall interest of the timely completion of job as per time period defined in contract. 3.0 LABOUR TOOLS AND TACKELES 3.1 All the necessary labour, tools, tackles, machinery and materials, other than as specified in Article No.8.0 of this contract, required for completing the above scope of work is in the contractor’s scope. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for all risks, contingencies and circumstances which may affect the work covered under this Contract and no costs incurred by the Contractor as a result of changes in the site conditions or its attendant circumstances as a result of unanticipated site conditions. 5.2 Setting out the Contractor is responsible for true and proper setting out of works and for correctness of positions, levels, dim ensions etc. 5.3 In case of any dispute of difference of opinion in any of the documents related to this contract, the special condition as mentioned in this contract shall prevail over General Conditions. 6.0 SAFETY 6.1 The Contractor shall follow all the safety rules and regulations as prescribed at the time of safety induction conducted by AMNS and relevant Indian Standard Codes. 6.2 The Contractor must provide to their employees/workers necessary <(>&<)> proper safety equipment’s /gears without any cost to employees. 7.0 HOUSEKEEPING 7.1 The Contractor shall carry out the work in clean manner as much as possible and shall remove excess material, rubbish etc. daily and disposal of the material shall be done by the contractor at the Contractor at Contractor’s cost and as per the directions of EMPLOYER. During cleaning operations, adjacent work shall be protected and any damages resulting from improper protection shall be compensated by the Contractor at his own cost. 8.0 TERMINATION 8.1 In case of breach of contract terms by the contractor of any of the terms and conditions of this contract, the Employer may give 15 days’ notice to the contactor to rectify such breach or affect compliance. Should the contractor fail in rectifying the breach or in effect compliance to the satisfaction of AMNS, the AMNS shall have the right to terminate this contract forthwith without further notice. 8.2 In case of such early termination the contractor will not be entitled to any compensation save and except payment for work done in accordance with this contract. Notwithstanding the above the AMNS may terminate the contract on 30 days’ advance written notice without assigning any reason. Item Not
