The scope of cleaning work includes cleaning 5 mm plain colored glazed glass fixed on surface of the various Admin buildings this is including ACP sheets at Plant area. 2. Agency will bring own tools tackles/manpower/cradles/ropes/safety harness/PPE#s. 3. The glass cleaning agent should have water softener chemical in it to reduce the hard ness of water thereby avoiding white stains to formulate over the glass surface post cleaning. 4. Unger branded telescopic cleaning brush and access stairway platforms also to be used for low heighted glass building. 5. Cradle trolley or Zula is required for heighted building for top to zero level surface cleaning. 6. There should be team of three boys or four boys for tall access building for safety purpose and for better effective cleaning of the glass. 7. The glass cleaning is desired for interior as well as exterior surface. 8. Proper care has to be taken in cleaning job to avoid damaging the glasses. 9. .Agency is desired to bring well trained manpower having the skill in this type of the job. 10. This being a steel plant dust level formation will be high. If desired we may increase the frequency of the cleaning for which agency should remain ready for. 11. For ACP cleaning curvature and cut out portion and extended portion of the structure should be specially taken care of and will need hard cleaning to avoid formation of dark patches and stains over the ACP surface. 12. Agency shall ensure to use ISI mark top grade and branded material. 13. Contractor shall provide proper guidelines to his manpower as to how and in which manner the jobs should be carried out so that in perfect time frame target job can be finished. 14. The contractor shall not compromise at all on safety aspect and safe working practices of the company and comply as demanded by the officer Incharge and ensure the same with his manpower. 15. His manpower shall undergo all types of safety training as required and laid down policies adopted by the company 16. Contractor shall provide proper uniform, Safety shoes, Helmet, Safety jackets, Dust Mask, to his staff. 17. Contractor shall ensure that his manpower working in the area is medically fit in order to ensure timeliness of the job to complete in a safe manner 18. No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Wheelers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. Job not done as per specifications / instructions # In case is manpower does not perform the job as per directives/ checklist given or quality of work is not good. In such case 200/per day/ per Instance will be levied on vendor. 5. Damage to company property # In-case of any damage to company property 2.5 times of actual property cost will be deducted from vendor bill.
