The existing pump set taken out from the sump due to the damaged pipe line, valves etc by cutting of nut & bolts with the help of gas cutter and man power as required.

S/o Mono sub. p/set, the pump will be directly coupled to required wet type induction motor of speed 2900 RPM suitable for operation on three phase,415V,AC supply having following duties. Head:30-35mtr, Discharge:1000-800 LPM, HP-10 with delivery outlet size 80mm. Make:-BS/KSB/DJB Approved

Supply of control panel with ON-Off arrangement in sheet metal enclosure suitable for 10 HP pump set comprising of Ampere meter, voltmeter, Star Delta starter, indicating lamps, single phase protection, oveload relay duly fixed along with control wiring etc.

S/o PVC insulated flat submersible cable with copper conductor having three core Size 6 sq mm 1100 volts(100mtr per roll). Make:-Grandlay/Gloster/Havells/Universal

S/o G.I. pipe 80 mm dia, Medium class with G.I. flange welded in both sides 3 mtrs long with M.S. \" L\" type brackets complete with threading work on each side of pipe, each G.I. flange should have 4 holes and 2 cut for cables. Make of Flange: ISI , Make of Pipe : Jindal/Tata.

S/o Tail piece of size 80 mm dia 500mm long with one end threaded and other having welded flange. Make of Flange – Unik / ISI , Make of Pipe : Jindal/Tata.

S/O M.S. clamp of 600mm long 12mm thick complete with nut and bolts and washers for holding the 80mm dia pipe including bending and shaping etc. as required

Installation of E & M equipments lowering pump set in the sump with minor civil work and welding, making electrical connection with cable as required size i/c watch and ward cartage, taking all safety measures all tools and tackles testing and commissioning of all E&M equipments at no load and full load conditions as per standard and full satisfaction of Engineer –in Charge.
