Tender For Execution Of Work Under Conservation To Jaina And Vaishnava Caves At Badami, Dist. Bagalkot, For The Year 2022-23.; 1 EXECUTION OF WORK UNDER CONSERVATION TO JAINA AND VAISHNAVA CAVES AT BADAMI, DIST. BAGALKOT, FOR THE YEAR 2022-23. 2 Dismantling dressed stone work ashlar face stone work of existing pillars of gate, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3 Earth work excavation in ordinary/soft rock without blasting up to 1.5 m depthby manual means for drains, canals, waste weir draft, approach channels, key trench, foundation of Bridges and such similar works, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, excavated surface leveled and sides neatly dressed disposing off or leveling the excavated stuff or sorting & stacking the selected stuff for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage & other appurtenances required to complete the work. 4 Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for leveling course for all works in foundation. The granite/ trap / basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all leads & lifts, cost of all materials, of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing and all the other appurtenances required to complete line work as per technical Specifications. (The cost of formwork Shall be paid separately) Mix 1:4:8 (M7.5) Using 40mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates 5 Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete (M25 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates)for all Foundation works. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticizers laid in finished layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. 6 Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete (M25 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates)for all Super structures of building , Road works, Water works, irrigation works & super structure works of bridges up to 3.50 m height. The granite/ trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticizers laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators. The cost includes all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement, dowel bars & formwork to be paid separately) 7 Providing Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding and anchoring to adjacent members wherever necessary complete as per Design including cost of material, labour, usage charges complete as per specifications. (The laps and wastages shall not be measured separately). 8 Form work for the retaining wall, bund beams and foundation including cost of all form work materials, nails, labour charges for shuttering and de-shuttering, conveyance, etc; complete as per the direction of Site in-charge. 9 Providing Size Stone masonry with matching hard sand stone in foundation & plinth with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including all loading, unloading, conveyance, labour charges, material cost etc; complete. 10 Providing raised and cut pointing: Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) after raking joints to depth nicely lining, including cost of materials, labour, curing as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. 11 Providing and fixing Structural Steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per the approved drawing, design and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge for the MS gates of sliding type, two leaf open able type, single gate etc; at different locations as per direction of Engineer in charge.
