Bids Are Invited For 1 Complete cosultancy services required of single storey bldg of approx plinth area 240 Sqm as per AE & single line plan attached for archetectural and structural drawing of the description are as follows 2 Following archetectural drawing shall be prepared and submitted by consultant 3 A Site plan B Floor plan elevation and enough number of sections to cover all details of building C Roof plan of building D Shedule of finishes plan & internal electrification plan E Joinery work Aluminium door & window plan and elevation 4 Following structural drawing based on soil report & data given under para 2.00 shall be prepared based on latest IS 456 code and submitted by consultant. It is also to be noted that while submitting the structural drawing consultant shall also mention data considered in designing for checking purpose 5 A RCC foundation plan and shedule of foundation & column B RCC roof beam & slab plan & shedule details of roof beam & slabC RCC lintel beam throughout perimeter of bldg plan & shedule detailsD Misc number of drawing like beam column connection etc required to cover all details for RCC work 6 Following documents and guidelines design parameters is hereby submiited to the consultant for designing purpose 7 A Soil report 8 B Approved Line Plan and Site Plan of Board Proceedings. 9 C Copy of Adm Approval AEs Pt I & II 10 D Reinforced cement concrete shall be M 25 design mix using either OPC 43 grade cement or PPC cement 11 E Reinforcing steel shall be high strength deformed steel bars produced by thermo mechanical treatment process of Gde Fe 500 Fe 500d Fe 550 Fe 550d 12 F Bricks shall be fly ash bricks 13 G One inbuilt ladder shall be provided in the form of MS rungs of 16mm dia of standard quality Gde E250 Fe 410 W quality A in one side of building 14 H Dead loads The dead load of the structure shall be taken as per IS 875 Part 1 15 I Imposed load The imposed load live loads on the structure shall be adopted in accordance with IS 875 part keepimg consideration under public building 16 J Wind loads The project site is located at Amritsar Wind loads as per latest IS 875 code for local region at Amritsar shall be considered Consultant shall visit the site to decide terrain and topographical factors to be considered for working out the wind intensity 17 K Seismic loads The project site is located at Amritsar which is under seismic zone IV The importance factor for structure shall be taken as per IS Code The structure shall be analysed as per latest edition IS 1893 and IS 13920 18 L Misc load The structure will be analysed for misc loads like temp impact erection accident al load etc as per IS 875 part 5 19 M Load combination The structure shall be designed for all the load combination as per latest IS codes like IS456IS 875 part 5 and IS 1893 20 N Joints and connections are critical to the stability of the structure. Details of all beam column joints should be made available by the consultant in accordance with the relevant IS codes. 21 O The detais of rainwater pipe gutter pipe shall also be mentioned in roof plan. 22 P Misc information like exposure condition & fire resistance etc shall be considered keeping consideration under local condion at Amritsar and public building. 23 Q Software to be used STAAD Pro and STAAD advance foundation design SAFE 24 R Preparation of all archetecturalstructura drawings providing details of all structural elements using AutoCAD. 25 Terms of consultancy agreement 26 A All drawings shall be prepared in Auto CAD and 3D modeling shall be done in Revit to visualize internal and External Built Part 27 B The consultant shall develop initial drawings consist of initial floor plans as per appropriate concept and get it approved from the User/ GE NAMS / CWE AmritsarThe consultant shall get Plinth area/Floor area statements before proceeding for preparation of detailed /other Drgs 28 C After obtaining approval on initial drawings by the User GE NAMS CWE Amritsar consultant shall prepare detailed Arch & structural drgs as described under para 1 01 & 1 02 29 D All drgs submitted by the consultant shall have signature of the Architect alongwith COA rgistration number. Similiarily respective consultant shall sign the drgs bfore submitting to respective section of this office. All drgs to be numbered properly with revisions and dates. these drgs shall be scrutinized by CWE Amritsar GE NAMS and comments as given to be incorporated in drgs by the consultant 30 E 02 sets of draft Tender drgs in tracing sheets of each drgs shall be fwd to GE NAMS & CWE Amritsar in white print by the consultant after incorporating clarifing all issues pertaining to respective sub Div 31 F Final Tender drgs complete in original tracing paper duly signed by architect having valid registration with the councile of Architecture (Registration No to be quoted) and other respective specialists of this consultant along with 07 Sets of copies of the same drgs in A-1 size tracing paper and 01 CD connecting the soft copy of these drgs in PDF format and AUTO CAD format & software (STADD) filesshall be submitted by the consultant to this GE NAMS within the stipulated time frame. 32 G The consultant shall also be reponsibile for the preparation of any revisions in the drawings till acceptance of workcontract for execution works. 33 H The consultant has to keep close liasion with GE NAMS during the consultancy period to resolve issue pertaining to each section without any delay 34 J All drawings should be made in suitable appropriate scale with readable font size all dimension to be given properly 35 K Work shall be considered complete once the contract for complete work for execution is accepted 36 Time Limit The entire shedule will be completed within 70 days from date of acceptance The stage wise time duration are as follows 37 The submission of draft archectural drgs as asked under para 1 01 for scruitiny by CWE Amritsar GE NAMS user 14 days 38 The submission of draft structural drgs as asked under para 1 02 for scruitiny by CWE NAMS GE NAM-28 days 39 The submission of final archectural drgs approved by CWE Amritsar GE NAMS as asked under para 1 01 and Autocad files 14 days 40 The submission of final structural drgs approved by CWE Amritsar GE NAMS as asked under para 1 02 and Autocad & software STAAD files 14 days 41 Mode of payment Taxes to be recovered as applicable under govt policy The consultant shall be paid as per schedule given in table below 42 40 percent of the amount shall be paid after submission of draft archetectural drawing and draft structural drawing as mentioned under para 1 01 & 1 02 respectively. 43 60 % of the amount shall be paid after submission of final archetectural drawing and final structural drawing as mentioned under para 1 01 & 1 02 respectively 44 Note 10 percent of the amount due from amount under para 5 01 & 5 02 shall be retained as guarantee money which shall be paid after the acceptance of complete work contract for execution Total Quantity : 44
