Supply of Nickle Chromate Screens specially used for sugar filtration for NHEC (National Heavy Engineering Co-Operative Ltd.) Make Continuous Centrifugal Machine as per below technical specifications; Item: Nickle Chromate Screens with bottom segment complete set For Machine: NHEC Make Continuous Centrifugal Machine Type of Machine: NK-1100/30 Size: 0.06 mm x 2.37 mm x 0.30 mm Material: Nickel Screens should be made of 99.99% pure Nickel using the process Electroforming, etc. Hardness: Nickel Screens should have hard chrome plating of 10 to 12 microns on working side and Hardness of chromium of minimum 1000 Vickers. Slot Opening: Conical Surface Finish: Mirror Smooth It should have good ductility and tensile strength to withstand large centrifugal force and easy for mounting on basket. It should have very low internal stresses. It should have smooth working surface to avoid sugar crystal damage during separation of sugar crystal from molasses. The Screen should have accurate slot size and accurate Thickness throughout.
