Tender For Servicing Repairing Supply Of Various Equipments Installed At Food Court Of District Court Complex, Mominabad, Batamaloo Srinagar-- 1 Servicing of 5.5TR Ductable AC: The job includes Wetservicing of both indoor and outdoor unit of ACs by way of dismounting of PVC Casing, filters etc followed by descaling compound on the evaporator coil. The job includes providing of high air pressure to remove all the dust/dirt from both the units. The job also includes spraying of high water pressure jet after blowing air pressure to take out all the remaining debris/dirt/dust/foreign materials and etc. 2 Repairing of PCB Card for Indoor Unit AC of 5.5 TR Capacity by way of laminating of copper layer with fibre glass board, replacing of signal section switch, controller switch. Job also includes cleaning of PCB card, soldering of detach parts and other components. 3 Repairing of PCB Card for Indoor Unit AC of 8.5 TR Capacity by way of laminating of copper layer with fibre glass board, replacing of signal section switch, controller switch. Job also includes cleaning of PCB card, soldering of detach parts and other components. 4 Refilling of R410A refrigerant gas for both ACs i.e 5.5 TR & 8.5 TR. 5 Servicing of 8.5TR Ductable AC: The job includes servicing of both indoor and outdoor unit of ACs by way dismounting of PVC Casing, filters etc followed by descaling compound on the evaporator coil. The job also includes spraying of high water pressure jet after blowing air pressure to take out all the remaining debris/dirt/dusts/foreign materials and etc. 6 Providing/ Installation of 02 Pole 10 amp MCCB for 01 recently installed 0.5 HP Motor at 8.5 TR AC. 7 Replacement of 8.5 TR non-functional compressor installed 01 in one of the AC Unit at Food Court Complex inside District Court Complex of standard make. 8 LP/HP Switches for Compressor Unit for both 5.5 TR 9 LP/HP Switches for Compressor Unit for both 8.5 TR 10 SITC of 600mmx600mm Heavy Duty Industrial Exhaust Fan with specifications of 900 RPM, 230V, 350W, Ball Bearing Type, Pressure Die Cast Aluminium body with single phase 230V and of metal blades. 11 SITC of 300mmx300mm Industrial Exhaust Fan with specifications of 1400 RPM, 230V, 90W, Ball Bearing Type, Pressure Die Cast Aluminium body with single phase 230V and of metal blades. 12 Servicing of 3000 CFM DRY SCRUBBER EXHAUST: The job includes servicing of whole unit by way of blowing of high pressure air, spraying of high water jetat least 2-3 times. The job also includes replacement 12 micron HEPA filter 13 Providing and Fitting of 100 AH, 12 Volt battery for the smooth running of Fire Fighting System 14 Providing and Fitting of 180AH, 12 Volt battery for the smooth running of 500 KVA DG Set installed at District Court Complex. 15 Providing, Fabrication and Fitting of Canopy for 03 HP Pump Motor: The job includes fabrication of canopy to be fabricated out of structural steel for keeping pumping unit safe from the direct contact of snow, rain, hailstorms etc as to make the pump motor work without any hindrance and without getting any damage from the said job. Job also includes 02 layers of anti-corrosive red oxide paint. (4.5x4x4.5′). 16 Providing of complete set of Tools and Tackles like Double Ended Spanners from size (6x7 to 30x32), Single Ended Open Jaw Spanners from size (24 to 75), Ring Spanners of different sizes, Allen Key Set, Adjustable Spanner, Pipe Wrench, Pliers. 17 Repairs to 12 HP Feed Pump: The job includes replacing of bearings, sleeves, sealing rings, balance rings, balance plate, tail cover and other allied works to make the feed pump ready as to keep it standby in case of emergency. 18 Providing of 20 feet multipurpose telescopic foldable aluminium ladder for various uses in the Court Premises. 19 Providing of 0.75mm flexible garden pipe for various use in the Court Premises/ Boiler House. 20 Providing and Fitting of 04 Core 04 sq.mm cable. 21 Providing and Fitting of 04 Core 02 sq.mm cable.
