    Tender For Repairing & Strengthening of Floating material handling track at Kilokri SPS.- 1 Improvement of decades old narrow gauge track pathway to run the four wheel MS trolleys on it for disposal of floating material on daily basis.Job involves removal of debris & earth under the track & replacement of MS element of track support i.e. sleepers which are rusted & damaged completely below the steel rails.Making proper alignment of flat bottom nails on both side of track after providing the wide headed MS nails by fixing the sleepers & rails in perfect order.Providing new MS plates clamps to join the rails joints on both side.Job includes applying one or two coat of red-oxide metal primer on track & other minor items as required with tool & tackles & cartage etc. to complete the work in all respect. 2 Providing & fixing of MS chequrred sheet of 7mm thickness approx. 8 Sq. mtr. on sump well bridge after dismantling the existing rusted & weak chequrred sheets.Job involves welding work & drilling of numbers of holes to make a raining water passage through the stretch.Painting of sheet with black Japan paint after applying a coat of red-oxide metal primer.job includes cartage charges tool & tackles as per requirement to complete the job in all respect. 3 Providing & fixing of the turning swivel base of MS sheet of 7mm thick in circular shape with locking pin at different points complete job as per site requirement duly painted with red-oxide primer & black paint, 4 Making of pit by 30 Mtr x 20 Mtr. x 1. 5 Mtr. size by soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil within a lead of 50 meters.Make of Paint / Primer:- Asian / Nerolac. / Berger.
