    Auction For Contract For Up-Gradation, Maintenance And Manning Of Ladies And Gents(Combined) Waiting Room (1 Units) With Modern Facilities, Amenities Etc. Situated At First Floor Of New Building Of Varanasi Railway Station. Area Is Shown In Map. The License Will Only Be Provided With The Area As Mentioned In Site Map. The Licensee Has To Develop/Modified/Renovate The Same Into Waiting Room Providing All The Amenities As Mentioned Special Condition Of The Contract. Electricity Connection, Other Charges And Other All Expenses Will Be Born By Licensee Only. The Plan Should Be Properly Approved By The Railway Administration Before The Final Execution Of The Work. The Entry Shall Be Regulated And Will Be Chargeable On Per Hour Basis At The Following Rates: I. Per Hour Rate For An Adult - 20/- Ii. Per Hour Rate For A Child (Age 5 To 12 Years) = Rs.10/- Iii. Per Hour Rate For A Child (Below 5 Years)= Nil Bidder Has To Check The Feasibility And Condition Of The Site Before Participating In E-Auction. The Standard Conditions Of Contract, Special Conditions For Contract And Additional Special Conditions For Ac Waiting Hall Management Contracts Issued From Railway Board Shall Be Applicable On Contracts Awarded Through E-Auction.
