No. Item Description 1 Overhauling of 11 KV VCB by opening of back cover, checking of bus bar, cleaning of carbon and checking of contacts and closing mechanism greasing along with work and repairig if required . 2 Checking of HRC fuse cleaning of switchgear panel and replacement of HRC fuse and fuse carrier with material . 3 Replacementof damaged 11 KV CT in case of break down including cleaning of bus bar and restoration of supply after testing . 4 Replacement of 11 KV Panel damaged PT in case of break down including cleaning of bus bar and restoration of supply after testing . 5 Replacement of damaged vacuum interrupter withproper testing of 11 KV VCB (with material) 6 Replacement of damaged 11 KV relay (Master trip, over current, earth fault etc) with proper testing 7 Replacement of spring and charging motor (with material). 8 Replacement of damaged/burnt auxiliary switch 9 Replacement of damaged micro switch for charging motor 10 Replacement of damaged/burnt indication lamp in 11 KV VCB Panel Red/yellow/blue/white 11 Replacement of damaged 11 kV closing/tripping coil 12 Replacement of damaged jaw/arm contact with upper and lower finger 11 KV VCB (with material). 13 Replacement of damaged 11 kV/33 kV relay (master trip, over current, earth fault etc) with proper testing . 14 Repairing of tripping mechanism of 11 KV VCB with proper testing (with material) along with repairing of internal wiring. 15 Checking and repairing of buchholz relay of power tranformer with testing for proper working . 16 Replacement of WTI/OTI of Power Transformer with testing for proper working 17 Overhauling & replacement of damaged terminal stud, Clamp of CT (with material) 18 Repairing of Oil Temprature Indicator/Winding Temprature Indicator/Oil Indication Gauge (with material) 19 Replacement of damaged spout contacts/housing along with busbar post insulator of 11 KV VCB (with material) 20 Overhauling of O/D 33 KV VCB & Control Panel (line & Power Transformer), Oiling,greasing along with checking contacts replacement of damaged contacts including controlling connection C&R Panel to VCB. 21 Replacement of closing coil/tripping coil of 33 kV VCB 22 Installation of Arcing horn 23 Installation of switchyard lights as per requirement (With Material)
