Tender For Construction Work Of Almira To Keep The Records Of Accounts Section Of Ghaziabad Safe Under The Scheme Of Business Plan 2024 25, 1 Providing and fixing in place a full height storage cabinet 600 mm deep made with 19 mm thick ISI marked ply borad, all interior surfaces to finished with pasting of 0.8 mm thick mica and all exterior surfaces to be finshed with pasting of 1 mm thick mica of texture and colour as approved by Engineer in Charge including all labour, T&P, other items like (but not limited to) fevicol, nails screws, higes, sliders,door handles, multipurpose lock of godrej or equivalent rate etc. required for proper completion of works, to be measured interms of front area only. (CSI No. 8.61) 2 Providing and fixing in place a full height storage cabinet 450 mm deep made with 19 mm thick ISI marked ply borad, all interior surfaces to finished with pasting of 0.8 mm thick mica and all exterior surfaces to be finshed with pasting of 1 mm thick mica of texture and colour as approved by Engineer in Charge including all labour, T&P, other items like (but not limited to) fevicol, nails screws, higes, sliders,door handles, multipurpose lock of godrej or equivalent rate etc. required for proper completion of works, to be measured interms of front area only.(CSI No. 8.62) 3 P/F fully Anodized aluminium fixed glazing with HINDALCO or equivalent extruded standard sections14gauge (2.41mm thick) of various cross sections and joints mitred and jointed as shown in drawingincluding providing & fixing 5.5 mm thick toughened glass with Neoprene beading & aluminium glazing clips all around. The minimum thickness of anodizing on all aluminiumsections should be 20 microns with a (+) 2 microns tolerance . The rate should include the cost of fixing the aluminum frame on Teak wood frame or finished wall (RB/RCC/Masonry) surface by means of 80 mm long approved counter sunk screws provided at 500 mm c/c or part there of starting from 100 mm above the bottom in vertical member and 100 mm from both the ends of horizontal top and bottom member excluding cost of Teak frame but including cost of all other material, labour, tools & plants etc. complete. (Schedule 22-23 CSI No. 8.52) 4 Same as above item No. 8.52 but for openable window portion as shown in drawings, including cost of Aluminium hinges and all other fittings like concealed towerbolts handles etc of approved quality and including cost of all other material, labour, tools & plants etc. complete. (Schedule 22-23 CSI No. 8.53) 5 Same as in item No. 8.52 but for openable gate/door portion as shown in drawings including cost of hinges and Aluminium fittings like tower bolts, handles, stoppers, push plates, brass body with brass component 6 levers cocealed lock etc of heavy & approved quality and including cost of all other material, labour, tools & plants etc. complete. (Schedule 22-23 CSI No. 8.54) 6 Mild Steel or Iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses built up gates, door frames, record racks , roof work ,window / boundary grill or railingand T/F Rail etc. wrought to required form including holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alignment including cost of all materials, lobour and T&P required for proper completion of work.CSI No. 9.01 7 Painting or varnishing new iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint Luxol or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S. 103-1950. CSI No. 13.01 8 Same as in CSI No. 13.01 above but for every coat after Ist coat. CSI No. 13.02
