Coal dumping work, electrical and motor rebuilding and electronic maintenance work in the institution, packing of milk powder by dosing nitrogen in 200, 400, 500, 750 and 1000 gram packs from 25 kg powder bag by Nacon machine and machine operation / maintenance / repair work is also done in the same work. To complete all these works, sufficient number of experienced electricians are deployed daily per shift as per requirement. By providing motor rebinder instrument mechanic, fitter and welder (ITI/Diploma) and unskilled labor (helper), the maintenance/repairing/welding/cleaning work of the plant and machinery installed in the institution will have to be done as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. Along with non-fulfillment of work and loss caused to the organization, a minimum penalty of Rs. 5000/- will be imposed and deducted from the bill of the concerned tenderer. The loss incurred by the organization due to breakdown or malfunction of machinery will be compensated from the monthly bills of the concerned contractor. To carry out the above work, 11 skilled (04 electrical, 04 mechanical/fitter, 01 instrumentation, 01 motor welder and 01 welder) and 06 unskilled labor will have to be provided at least daily. To complete all the above works, adequate number of personnel will have to be made available on daily basis as per the requirement as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. Boiler Inspection, Explosive Fire NOC and Plastic Waste Certificate will be obtained from the concerned department at the stipulated time. The amount to be deposited in the institution will be paid by the institution after providing the original copy of it. The tenderer is required to have 10 years of experience in getting the above work done in the cooperative institution. For this, 04 skilled and 04 unskilled workers will have to be provided daily and in case of running of air deaerator, 03 skilled and 03 unskilled workers will have to be provided. Along with non-compliance of work standards and non-performance and loss caused to the organization, a minimum financial penalty of Rs. 5000/- will be deducted from the bill of the concerned tenderer. To load coal into the boiler, as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge, sufficient number of unskilled laborers will have to work shift wise and the coal truck will have to be emptied and the boiler will have to be filled. The ashes coming out will have to be transported to a designated place. Also, cleanliness of the work place will have to be maintained. For the work of dumping coal, the work will have to be done by providing 02 unskilled laborers on daily basis. The loss incurred by the organization due to plant breakdown or machinery failure due to wrong operation will be compensated from the monthly bills of the concerned contractor. In case of any kind of carelessness in the work and not successfully completing the work on time, along with compensation, a penalty of Rs 2,50,5000.00 to Rs 10000.00 will be imposed. If any complaint comes from any organization or any other place after the supply of goods, it will be the responsibility of the contractor. In case of complaint of underweight or finding of underweight packer, a penalty of 20 times the price will be imposed. Apart from this, if any penalty is imposed on the organization in case of underweight pouches/packets being found by the external agency, then the same will be compensated in the monthly bills of the contractor. Under the above work, to operate ETP daily in all three shifts as per online maintaining standard and maintain all related records shift wise. Cleaning of ETP area, ETP machinery maintenance/repairing work and getting the purified water samples tested from the authorized agency on monthly basis and submitting the test report to the organization and related to water and air pollution from Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board, Lucknow. Involves the work of obtaining No Objection/Consent Certificate and presenting it to the institution. The amount deposited for obtaining the said certificate will be paid by the organization after the tenderer submits the original challan. If any kind of delay/irregularity is found in the said work, financial penalty will be imposed as per the rules and conditions mentioned in the tender form. For this work, the contractor will have to provide authorized certified personnel/trained personnel. For this, the contractor himself will coordinate and ensure the execution/getting of the works done. The tenderer should also be authorized by the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board. For the above works, the work will have to be done by providing 03 skilled and 03 semi-skilled laborers daily and from time to time laborers will be provided as per the need for maintenance and break down. If any fine is imposed on the institution by the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board for not getting the ETP works done on time and for not obtaining the no-objection/consent certificate related to water and air pollution and not submitting the no-objection/consent certificate related to water and air pollution to the institution on time.
