Tender For Replacement of Packing Seats & Other Work to prevent the oil leackging of 5/10 MVA T/F at 33/11 KV S/s Rasmai under EDD IV Sadabad Hathras, Oil is leaking from 01 No. 5/10 MVA transformer installed at 33/11 KV. To close it the following work has to be done- Opening/separating jumpers/cables of 11 KV and 33 KV near the transformer. Remove the top cover with a can by unscrewing the top cover nuts and bolts. Removing the converters convector tank from the converter. Draining converter oil to desired level and carefully filling it into drums. Changing the cork seat of tank/pipe, packing of 11 KV and 33 KV bushings, changing the packing of all valves etc., changing the packing of oil tank and changing the packing of valves. Replacement of cable box/bushing/bushing rods of converter. By replacing all the above cork seats and packing and reinstalling the oil tank and radiator etc. in the appropriate place efficiently. After placing the oil tank at the appropriate place, the work of carefully pouring the oil back into the tanks and the work of closing the tanks again properly. Cleaning of 11 KV and 33 KV Bushings. Reconnection of jumpers/cables of 11 KV and 33 KV near the transformer after completing the above work.
