Vendor will be responsible to provide adequate manpower to shift burner ports pallets from IDB zero meter to burner floor as per the instructions of Site-In charge. 2. Vendor will be responsible for shifting of burner port pallet from store to site location. 3. All manpower is required to wear safety PPEs during job execution. 4. Contractors should follow AMNS safety norms strictly and any violation will be dealt with penalty. 5. Engagement of equipment for shifting like hydra, trailer etc. will be under vendor’s scope. Deployment of required manpower for refractory gunning work at process fan ducts. 2. Arranging of required gunning machine and its consumables such as frictional pads and gunning hose and water hose with tools, tackles, accessories, and safety PPEs, etc. at site. 3. Identification and Segregation of the refractory castable material. 4. Fixing of MS / wooden inner shuttering into the position as per requirement or as per instruction of site-in-charge. 5. Cutting, dressing and xing of ceramic board / blanket / paper in speci ed thickness as per the drawing/instruction of engineer in charge. 6. Complete dressing and finishing of the castable gunning area to ensure smooth finishing. 7. Application of Refractory castable lining in single layer / Dual layer of speci ed thickness as per the drawing/instruction of engineer in charge. 8. Transportation of equipment and tools <(>&<)> tackles at site and back is in scope of vendor. Item Note :
