    Tender For Fabrication, Erection And Dismantling From Reputed Contractors, general work, Dismantling of MS pipes of 400 mm size and above diameter and putting them in the scrap yard. Fabrication of 400 mm size and above diameter MS pipe from 6/8/10 mm size plate and erection at the specified place. Dismantling, fabrication and erection of pipe fittings of diameter more than 400 mm. band reducer the nipple Well cos/t Replacement of cones of various equipment with old/new MS plates and placing the scrap in the scrap yard. up to 1 meter diameter Dismantling weak and worn out filter bottles of vacuum filters and sending them to the scrap yard. Fabrication and erection of new bottles including all connections and leak proof trials, Erection of new vapor line juice deaerator with leak proof vapor line and connections to juice lines. Building the structure required for the juice heater. After fitting the tubes of juice deaerator, carry out hydraulic test and satisfactory trial. Dismantling and fabrication and erection of bottom cone along with all accessories/discharge valves/connections of 40/60 ton pan and carrying out leak proof and vacuum trials and dumping the scrap in scrap yard.
