    Tender For Maintenance Of Yamuna Biodiversity Park.Sh:-Supply Of Stp Water To Yamuna Biodiversity Park Ph-1.; 1 Supply of STP water from DJB STP plant to yamuna biodiversity park ph-1 with pump fitted water tanker of capacity 10,000 liters including the cost of oil, labour, hose pipe of atleast 50m and other equipped accessories i/c all leads and lifts, also i/c filling & emptying to different storage tank or supplying directly to plants at site complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. The rates shall be inclusive of driver,helper and fuels and lubricant all complete. 2 Note:(1) The work of water supply can be terminated at any time without giving any notice to the agency.(2) The capacity of water tanker shall not be less than 10,000 litre. (3) The contractor should have owning minimum two tankers of minimum capacity of 10,000 litre (BS-VI Diesel/CNG).(4) The nominal charges of DJB will be paid by the agency in advance.(5) Any complaint/challan issued and received in this office due to non supply of water shall borne by the agency on their own cost.(6) If agency fails to supply their services penalty of Rs. 10,000/- per day will be imposed.(7) Contractor shall follow the relevant NGT, DPCC orders, and or any other govt. authority enforcing environmental and pollution control orders and if any fine/penalty/challan is imposed by any government agency, the cost of the same shall be solely borne by the contractor.
