dumping ground within 50 metres lead : 32 With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). 33 Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary: 34 Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 pipe, replacing the GI pipe and fittings where required and restoring the water supply upto 15 metre height all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.( GI pipes and fittings shall be paid for separetely). 41 Re-setting of existingaluminum door/window shutters , tightening of cleats etc. refixing of pivots or aluminium hinges or rubber gasket/floor spring/door fittingswherever required including steel screws etc. all complete 42 Repair to floor trap/P-trap etc. with neat cement slurry including mixing of water proofing solution to prevent leakage as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 43 Removal of Plants like Pipal Plant etc. from the roofs,shafts and from other parts of the Building at all heights and removing its roots,And pouring solution of Chlorpyriphos E.C 20% in the root of plants and making good the same complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge(Girth not exceeding 10 cm) 44 Repairs to existing steel rolling shutters by dismantling the shutter,setting it right by removal of dents, tensioning of coil springs, greasing of side guides,straighting of main shafts etc. and refixing the shutters at its proper position and ensuring free operation of shutter all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 45 Water proofing Coating ontile terracing under solar panels placed at roofby using Sika Latex SBR or equivalentwith Cement sand mortar in ratio (1:1:2:2 = Sika Latex® SBR :Water : Cement : Fine sand)as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with following procedure: Thoroughly pre-wet the prepared substrate. Keep the surface wet and do not allow to dry.Before application remove excess water e.g. with a clean sponge. The surface shall appear a dark matt appearance without glistening and surface pores and pits shall not contain water. Prepare the waterproofing coating as indicated above. Using a stiff clean brush spreadthe coating vigorously onto the substrate,forming a thin layerAfter 2 to 6 hours, apply the second coat in crosswise direction to first coat. 46 Disconnecting damaged overhead/terrace PVC water storage tank of any size from water supply line and removing from the terraceincluding shifting at ground level as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. 47 Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 48 Terracecleaning including removal of rank vegetations,grass etc. and cleaning of connecting khurra and rodding of RWP to ensure smooth flow of rain water and disposalof rubbish upto 50m lead all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 49 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved. 50 Providing the Plumbing services with Semi skilled fitter for attending day to day complaints on urgent basis like repair of water supply equipments and sanittary installations in the BSNL Compounds within Jalandhar and also attend the BSNL Civil Division Jalandhar office for cleaning, mopping the office, carrying office files etc.all as per the direction of E-I-C.The agency shall provide all necessary tools and plants,ladder and scaffolding wherever required including Mobile Phone and instructions to the worker for attending the complaints.(Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The materials/fittings required shall be paid for separately).
