    Tender For Replacement Of Lt Panel At Ts Substation; 1 Replacement of LT Panel at TS Substation 2 Design, fabrication, supply of Type Tested LT panel in TS substation in compliance with IEC 61439 Part 1 & 2.The details of the LT panel is as given below. Please refer technical specification for complete details.Incomer :a)4-pole, 1600A, ACB - 1 no.Outgoings : b) 4-pole, 630A,ACB - 1no.c) 4-pole, 400A, MCCB - 1 no.d) 4-pole, 200A, MCCB - 3 nos.e) Sub Distribution Chamber 1 : Incomer : 4-pole, 400A MCCB - 1 no. Outgoings : 4-pole, 40A MCCB - 2 no.s4-pole,100A MCCB - 5 no.sf) Sub Distribution Chamber 2 : Incomer :4-pole, 125A, MCCB - 1 no. Outgoings : 4-pole 63AMCBs - 3 no.s 4 pole 40AMCBs - 3 no.sg) Multifunction meter with Modbus communication over RS485 port to be provided for the incomer and all the majoroutgoings as specified in the technical specification (Annexure 3)h) CTs with multifunction meters on each phase to be provided based on the ratings of the incomer/outgoings 3 Dismantling and shifting of the existing LT panel by disconnecting all the cables, installation of new LT panel including termination of existing cables with necessary glands and lugs as required, earthing the new panel etc. as per technical specification and scope of work. 4 Supply of tinned Aluminium, 1600 A sandwiched busbar (appox 5 meter) and accessories with necessary supports and Cu earth conductors as per the technical specification. 5 Installation and commissioning of 1600 A sandwiched busbar (appox 5 meter) and accessories with necessary supports and Cu earth conductors after disconnection and dismantling of existing busbar as per technical specification and scope of work.
