Sheet 5 MS bolt Nut and washer 20mm dia 6 Supply and Delivery 400mm mechanical Joint collars 7 400mm dia DI Pipe line K9 8 200mm dia DI Pipe line K9 9 400mm dia DI Titen Ring 10 400mm DI Bend 90 11 Lowering and jointing of following PVC/ DI rigid pipes with specials to trenches in proper grade and alignment jointing with PVC couplers with cement paste including all charges etc, complete 12 400mm dia DI Pipeline(new) 13 400mm dia DI Pipeline (Replalacement) 14 200mm dia DI Pipeline 15 Removing the burst C.I./ D.I pipes from the pipe line and removal of slushy soil and baling out water and replacing the pipeline with sound pipe including jointing and cost of refilling the pipeline with water for retesting the pipe line etc complete. (excluding cost of sound pipe and jointing materials and earth work) and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers 16 Refilling with excavated earth (other than sand) in to the pipeline trenches including all charges etc, complete 17 Cutting 400mm D.I Pipes true to axis and filing smoothly and finishing the ends complete 18 Labour charges for 400mm DI pipe welding charges including welder and welding rod and transporting charges etc complete
