Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid for Services - Annual Rate Contract for insitu Machining of Various Equipments at Barauni Refinery 9020C24E95 - 00010 Charges to carry out in situ flange / Manways / Manholes /or other damaged surfaces machining of heat exchanger/ cooler /condenser /Vessel / Column / Reactor or any other equipments. Note: -This includes IN-SITU machining to revive the gasketing surface. All job has to be done as per entire satisfaction of EIC. This also includes mounting of machine on manways/flange,truness of flange and other prepration required to carryout INSITU machining job. -The above rate includes all the charges for manpower, machining equipments, required fixtures & tackles etc. to complete the job in all respect. -The above rate is for per face machining basis. Here the unit 1 EA = Machining of one flange face. Per face machining charges for machining of gasket seat face having gasket face mean diameter up to 800 MM. Here gasket face mean diameter = Average of OD & ID of gasket seating face.
