Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid for Services - LIASONING WORKS TOWARDS LAND REGISTRATION CONVERSION OBTAINING APPROACH ROAD PERMISSIONS FOR BPCL IDPL - 1 Registration : Providing Services for the registration of the Sale Deed of SV/ IP Stations / Sub Stations including demarcation of the land/survey through District inspector of Land record(DILR),hiring of local advocate, Preparation of the Sale Deed document, Payment of Registration Fees, Stamp Duty and any other fees required for the registration of the land on behalf of BPCL for signing of Sale Deed between BPCL and Land Owners,complete in all aspects.(Bidder shall note that the actual charges towards stamp duty, registration and any other statutory fees, if applicable during the registration of the Sale Deed documents shall be reimbursed separately by BPCL on submission of the documentary proofs and shall not be considered in the quote under this item). The line item shall be paid on the no of registrations required for aquiring the lands. 2 Mutation: Updating BPCL Ownership records in the land revenue records. Collection of the updated 7/12 records, Khasara/Patta/Chitta/EC and submitting to BPCL.The revenue map of the particular Survey nos to be updated showing clearly the plot purchased by BPCL duly signed by the revenue officials and handing over the revenue map to BPCL, complete in all aspects. 3 NA Conversion/remutation: Providing services for the conversion of the purchased land from agricultural to Non Agricultural Industrial Land ( Change of land use for the registered land) ,complete in all aspects. 4 Permision: Obtaining Permissions for approach road from the respective authority(SH/NH/PWD/BDO etc) to the SV/ IP Stations/Sub Station from the existing roads,complete in all aspects and buidling sonstruction permission from respective authority 5 Obtaining Valuation of Land from Government Approved Evaluators.(GAV). The vendor shall provide the valuation and submit the report in 3 sets of hard and soft copies from Govt. Approved evaluators. Total Quantity :
