Bids Are Invited For Provision OF CERTAIN BR WORKS AT VOI , 1 Demolition of Brickwork or stone oblique boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles 2 Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises 3 M and L for block masonry with solid pre cast cement concrete blocks made out of cement concrete 1colon 3 colon 6 type C 1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1 colon 6 including demolition of existing block wall, complete all as specified and directed. 4 M and L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (internal ) with CM 1colon 6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement 5 M and L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1 colon 4) including pointing in white cement (1 colon 2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. 6 S and F 5 mm thick bevelled edge mirror of selected quality glass, mounted on 12 mm commercial plywood and fixed to wooden plugs with chromium plated brass screws complete as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge 7 M and L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or Rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm, as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1colon6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed. 8 M and L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tiles complete 10mm thick in cement mortar 1colon3 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and rough for receiving wall tiles/dado all as specified and directed. 9 M and L for RCC (Nominal mix) Type B0 1 colon 2 colon 4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) for Beams, cantilevers, ressummers, lintels over 1.5m span 10 Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. Flat Rough finished surfaces of concrete 11 S and F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete. 12 S and F TMT bars of 5mm dia and over upto and incl 10mm dia in stirrups cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete. 13 M and L for Virified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1colon6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed. 14 M and L for Virified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers to steps etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick in CM 1colon3 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and rough for receiving wall tiles/dado complete all as specified and directed. 15 M and L Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IScolon733 and IScolon1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer in Charge. 16 S and F 5 mm thick Figured glass coloured, pin head type/frosted type glass and glazing with oil putty/glazing clim in squares exc 0.5 sq. m in eachpane in aluminium joinery 17 Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets 18 S and F 5mm thick bevelled edge mirror of selected quality glass, and fixed with exsting aluminium frame complete as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge 19 S and F 4.8mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square but exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge Total Quantity : 439
