Debabbitting In Controlled Electric Furnace. 2.Babbitting By Centrifuging Process With Virgin Lead Free Tin Base White Metal Conforming To Orgov-738. 3. Finish Machining Bearing Bore To Required Size. Ultrasonic Test: Bearing Should Be Tested Ultrasonically For White Metal Bond Conforming To Iso Spec 4386-1-3-C. Dye Penetrant Test: Dye Penetrant Test On Surface And Joints For Pinholes, Inclusion & Cracks Conforming To Iso Spec 4386-3-C.
