X 36 Cms. X 12 Cms.(Plus/Minus 2% (Ii) Fitting Material 100% White Virgin Hollow Siliconized Polyester Fibre Of 7 Denier (Minimum) Or Hollow Silicinzed Conjugated Polyerter Fibre Of 7 Denier (Minimum) In Th E Form Of Sheets. Inentification Of Fibre Hollowness Will Be As Per Is: :667/1981 Complying The Following Parameter S. (Iii) Weight Of Pillow: 450 Gms.(Plus/Minus 5%),(Iv) Pillow Should Be Surrounded By White Virgin Hollow Fibre Bon Ded Sheet Of 20 Mm Thickness (Minimum),(V) Covering Cloth White Should Be Plain Weave Containing 60-70% Poly Ester Yarn & Balance Cotton. Cloth Weight Should Be 100G/M2 (Minimum),(Vi) Pillow Should Be Resistant To Normal Wash.(Vii) Monogram: At The Corner Of The Pillow The Woven Cloth Monogram Of Size 7 Cms X 5 Cms. Is To Be Stitc Hed Containing (A) South Eastern Railwayin Hindi And English. (B) Year & Month Of Manufacturing. (C) Na Me Of Manufacturer And Brand, (D) Ac Service.(Viii) The Firm Shall Disclose The Source Of Virgin Hollow Fibre And Submit Certificate From Manufacturer Of Virgin Fibre With Wtc For The Virgin Fibre At The Time Of Sample Submission And At Time Of Inspection And Supply To The Inspecting Agency. Firm Should Also Submit Undertaking That Only Virgi N Fibre Is Being Used For Manufacturing Of Polyester Staple Fibre Pillow.
