All kinds of soil 3 3.1 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) 4 3.2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size. 5 4 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 6 5.1 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete 7 6 Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete. 8 7 Providing and fixing MS weld mesh partitions with 10 guage (3mm dia) wire of size 30x30mm aperture including MS frame of size 40x40x6mm thick etc., complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 9 8.1 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work
