Contractors should have full knowledge on the running operational equipment replacement works laws and regulations, conditions of labor, local conditions, and environmental aspects, and shall comply with the requirements thereof. (Minimum experience 7-10 Years in similar field is needed) 2. In the last 5-year contractor should have experience in preassembling, assembling and erecting the structural primary, secondary members and equipment installation above 18 -33 Mtrs elevation in the brown filed operating plant project means activity to be carried out in plant running condition without causing disturbance to plant operations3. Earlier service workorders and contact no of the client to be furnished along with the quotation. 4. The skill set of the working team should be good and competent enough for executing the activity. Also, certified foreman, Fabricator, and riggers to be deployed at the work site. 5. Qualified welders should be deployed at work sites and the welders will be certified by M/s TUV, TPI of M/s AMNS. 6. The vendor should deploy one qualified Safety officer and one site in charge, (having more than 5 years’ experience) along with relevant experienced manpower with required skill levels to meet the company standards (Competency will be checked <(>&<)> certified by AMNS executive). 7. Shifting of Raw material required for construction while installation from M/s AMNS stores to Construction site. (Trailer and Hydra will be provided by M/s AMNS) 8. External issues outside the plant if any need to be handled by the contractor only. 9. Material management and reconciliation of all the material is in contractor’s scope, any damage / loss of materials, equipment’s need to be replaced with free of cost by the contractor. 10. Lodging, Boarding, transportation of staff and working team is under contractor scope. 11. The execution needs to be strictly adhered to as per the drawing without any excess execution and accordingly the Billing should be submitted <(>&<)>certified. 12. Activity to be carried out by preparing proper jug gad and entry to the job area, 13. Retractable fall arrestors and lifeline rope 12 mm M.S rope to be provided for entangling the working team. 14. The activity to be started only after getting clearance by the M/s AMNS safety officer. HSE: - 1. The vendor should adhere to all the safety standards as per AMNS, HSE policy. 2. The vendor should issue PPE like Shoes, Gum Boots, Helmets, dust mask, safety hand gloves, safety googles, face shields etc. and other mandatory safety equipment. 3. The vendor should provide mandatory safety equipment like scaffolding supply <(>&<)> installation, Aluminum ladder, Hang Net etc. 4. Daily Toolbox talk to be imparted for all workmen before start of job in coordination with project executive 5. All the statutory requirements i.e., insurance/ESIC <(>&<)> PF etc. of the labors is in the scope of the contractor. 6. Any violence in safety will lead to penalize of Rs. 5% to 10% of order value for first 2 warnings <(>&<)> 3rd time will be leads to termination and closing of the work order. 7. Job safety analysis <(>&<)> hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) to be prepared and signed by M/s AMNS safety officer <(>&<)> engineer before executing the erection activity. 12. For all lifts erection plan to be prepared and signed by safety officer <(>&<)> M/s AMNS engineer for erection clearance. 13. Daily activity to be started only after receiving the approved work permit from the respective engineer. Filter Removal and installation Scope: - 1. Contractor shall provide an updated work schedule on a weekly basis that outlines the anticipated crew levels and work to be performed. This information shall be sent by email to the Owner prior to the start of the work week. 2. Dismantling of all Equipment of ceramic filter including electrical spare parts <(>&<)> shifting to words PP I filtrate EOT crane. 3. Dismantling of all Equipment of ceramic filter is to be carried out in the continuous operating site at an elevation of 18 mts above. 4. Assembly of equipment as per as per specifications of EIC(Engineer in charge) 5. The floor extension erection is to be carried out in the continuous operating site at an elevation of 20 mts above. 6. Structural members include the platforms, floor girder <(>&<)> joist beams and saddle supporting. 7. Erecting the new supports and platforms and refixing the same after completing the above erection. 8. Material shifting from Stores to the job site and scrap from job site to stores is in contractor scope - Trailer and Hydra will be provided by M/s AMNS. 9. All lifting and erections to be carried out at site by using telescopic crane. 10. All the structural members jointing’s to be welded with 7018 welding electrodes and electrodes to be heated in Oven as per the recommendation by the M/s ESAB supplier. 11. All consumables such as welding electrodes, working tools <(>&<)> tackles, DA <(>&<)> oxygen cylinders, grinding <(>&<)> cutting wheels, ovens for welding rods etc are in contractor scope. 12. Laying of temporary platforms and scaffolding at site is in the contractor scope including materials. 13. All lifting and working tools such as welding machines, cutting sets, slings, D-shackles are in the contractor’s scope and TPI c ertificate to be furnished at the time of entry. 14. Safety PPEs like Helmet, shoe, glasses, gloves, safety belts are in the contractor scope. 15. Daily Safety toolbox talk to be conducted by the respective contractor. 16. Safety is the prime concern and responsibility, any deviation in safety will leads to termination of the contract. 17. All workers entering against service work order should go through scrum registration and safety industrial training. 18. Surface preparation to be done at the welding joints in the erection site and 3-layer coats of paint to be applied. 19. Welding of additional supports to the columns is not accepted, if at all any supports welded based on the site conditions the same need to be removed and the surface of the columns to be grinded and repainted. 20.
