Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid for Services - Preventive and breakdown works In Conveyors Of Minei - 1. The rollers or roller garlands required for conveyors are to be obtained from Roller Reconditioning Yard/ Mine-I after remitting the requisition letter endorsed by Bench in charge. 2. The damaged rollers are to be collected from site regularly and handed over to Roller Reconditioning Yard/MI. 3. The contractor shall mobilize the required men either to extend or shorten the conveyor within short notice. 4. Usable materials after maintenance shall be returned from site to yard. 5. In addition to the routine works the workmen will be engaged for cleaning and upkeeping of the yard. 6. The contractor shall provide required operator as per the site requirements. The operator engaged should be having required driving licence and authorisation issued by the competent authority of NLCIL. 7. The welder engaged should be having required ITI (welder) certificate. 8 .The contractor should engage required supervisor as per the site requirements to submit DLR, receive or return materials and spares with requisition / accounts slip, submit roller failure report, supervise the work, and to ensure completion of the work target. 9 .The contractor at no extra cost shall carry out all incidental or auxiliary jobs connected with transportation of materials / housekeeping works and correction of work irregularities at least one hour at the beginning of each shift every day. 10 .The contractor should adopt all safety, insurance and statutory provisions stipulated in the Tender schedule. 11. The contractor should ensure that all the workmen are wearing necessary safety wears while at work. 12. The contractor shall return the equipments and tools after completion of the work. In case of tools, instruments and equipments not returned after completion of work, the actual cost of them will be deducted from the bill of the contractor **** Total Quantity :
