DIN type HRC fuse as per rating. (Make- L&T / Seimens) 3 Supply and delivery of 1.1 kV grade aluminium armoured XLPE/PVC insulated cables of following sizes. (Make- Havells / Polycab / RR Kabel / KEI) 4 4 core 35 sqmm 5 Laying of cable from 3/3½ core 35 sqmm to 50 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting. 6 4 core 35 sqmm 7 Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : 8 4 core 35 sqmm 9 Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : 10 4 core 35 sqmm 11 Supplying and fixing double door Horizontal TPN MCB Distribution board with IP-42/43 protection, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Connections. 25 Supply & fixing 25/27A single phase starter suitable for A.C Machine with Voltage, Current and Time checking facility and having 3-digit display. (Make- Electron, Model- OPL 3+) on S & F 4 module M.S board flushed on wall incl. necessary connection. 26 AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM 27 Supply & Delivery of Split type A.C Machine nominal cooling capacity of 2 Ton suitable for operation of 1 Ph, 230V, 50 Hz A.C power supply with energy efficient compressor (Minimum 3 Star rating) incl. loading & unloading charges with carrying at work site. [ Make: O-General, Make- ASGA24BMAA-B (R32) ] 28 Supply & Delivery of Split type A.C Machine nominal cooling capacity of 1.5 Ton suitable for operation of 1 Ph, 230V, 50 Hz A.C power supply with energy efficient compressor (Minimum 3 Star rating) incl. loading & unloading charges with carrying at work site. [ Make: O-General, Make- ASGA18BMAA-B (R32) ] 29 Supply & Delivery of Split type A.C Machine nominal cooling capacity of 1 / 1.1 Ton suitable for operation of 1 Ph, 230V, 50 Hz A.C power supply with energy efficient compressor (Minimum 3 Star rating) incl. loading & unloading charges with carrying at work site. [ Make: O-General, Make- ASGA12BMWB-B (R32) ] 30 Installation of 1 / 1.1 / 1.5 / 2 Ton capacity split type Air Conditioning machine after making hole in wall as required and condensing unit to be installed after making grounding Nuts, Bolts with iron flat foundation and cementing work as required as per direction of EIC and mending good the damages to original finish and making necy connection as required. 31 Supply, Fabrication and Installation of necy. copper refrigeration pipe line (5/8 inch & 1/4 inch) with airtight insulation, aero tape etc. indoor unit to outdoor unit incl. Draining System. 32 Supply & LayingExtra 3/4(20mm) hard uPVC pipe (heavy type) for water drainage using Al. shaddles of suitable size as per direction of E.I.C. 33 Supply & Laying of 4 core 2.5 sqmm 1.1 KV insulation grade sheathed Cu cable(Make:- Havells / Polycab / RR Kabel / KEI) with refrigeration pipe line as per direction of EIC for making interconnection / communication between Indoor to Outdoor unit of Split type A.C Machine. 34 TERMS & CONDITIONS 35 (i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duties etc including GST.(ii) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relevant IS / IEC specifications.(iii)Necessary manufacturers warranty certificate will have to be submitted during delivery of the material.
