Tender for Purchase of Advance Mist Cooling System for our 2200 TCD Sugar Factory-- 1 Dismantling, Supply,Erection and Commissioning of the complete Mist Cooling System in side the pond with Mist Creator,Nozzles,Headers,Branchlines,Valves,Hardware,Support with accessories etc.(Make:- Mist RessonanceEngg. Pvt.Ltd.-Pune) Technical Specificationss for Advance Mist Cooling System for our 2200 TCD Sugar Factory. MCS Capacity: 2500M3/Hr. A. Technical Specifications:- i)Advance MCS will insure a cold-water temperature of32oC with an approach of 4oC to WBT for open Pond design with a ∆T of 8oC to 10oC. ii) Water loss due to drift should be less than 0.1% to 0.2%. iii) Alternate spray line should have an isolation valve these branch lines shall be fitted to SS304 Tees by special vanstones with M.S Flange. iv) All pipe lines/ tees should have HDGI support chains. v) Advance MCS should be as per latest Eight/Nine-way header design/occupy minimum space in the existing/pond. vi)Details of existing spray Pump. Pump Capacity = 2500M3/Hr. Pump head =22 MWC Motor KW=200 B) Scope of work for vender: - i) Process engineering Basic engineering, Design engineering with supply erection & commissioning of the Complete Mist Cooling System inside the pond with mist creator nozzles, headers, branch lines, valves, hardware, supports etc. ii) Distribution Header, Outside MCS Pond with accessories iii) Erection, Commissioning, testing of complete system including spares required for Erection & Commissioning of the Pond, recommended spare for two (2) Year operation special tools & tackles.
