    Bids Are Invited For Professional Painting Service - Metals; NA; Pipelines, Structures and equipments, 3 Supply and application of one coat of primer (125 microns DFT) of two component self priming surface tolerant high solids epoxy-Volume solids- 77-83% (minimum) and one coat (150 micron) of two component, high build coal tar epoxy coating including surface preparation by power tools/manual cleaning (ST 3 to ST 2) and application of water based rust inhibitor/rust converter on water logged components and structures. 4 Supply and application of one coat (500 microns DFT) of two component low VOC, high solids, modified epoxy barrier coat which continue to cure when immersed in water with volume of solids-82-88% (minimum) and one coat of two component high solids acrylic aliphatic polyurethane coating-Volume solids- 53-57% (minimum) (50 microns DFT) of colour shade as per colour coding including surface preparation by power tools/manual cleaning (ST 3 to ST 2) and application of water based rust inhibitor/rust converter on water logged components, structures and offshore splash zone components . 5 Supply and application of two coats of ceramic coating (125 microns DFT) of one component high build, high solids heat resistent inorganic ceramic coating for continous temperature resistance to min.520 Deg.Cel. including surface preparation by power tools/manual cleaning (ST 3 to ST 2) to bare metal and application of water based rust inhibitor/rust converter on high temp. piping and diesel generators exhaust stacks.
