Div.-IX.SH:-Supply and stacking of Good earth, Jamuna sand, Shadow net, digging of holes, ploughing, grassing, plants and T&P etc. at site. ; 1 Supply of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete. (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment) as per direction officer in-charge 2 Supply ofjamuna sand at site I/C royalty and carriage, loading, un- loading with all lead and lift as per direction officer in-charge 3 Supply and stacking of Shadow net with green colour width 3 m. at site. (50x3) Sqm. & as per direction officer in-charge 4 Supplying of R.H. Pipe 25 mm double braided ISI mark on every mtr. As per IS-444. 1987 type 2 having working pressure of 10 kg cm2 at site & as per direction officer in-charge 5 Supplying of Brush Cutter FS-410)- STIHL, 2 Stroke Petrol Engine, 41.6 Cc & as per direction officer in-charge 6 Supplying of Hedge trimmer (HS-82 R)- STIHL, 2 Stroke petrol Engine 27.2 Cc & as per direction officer in-charge 7 Supplying of Cycle Rickshaw Heavy duty frame (Wooden body size 4*3*1* with portable back and motorcycle wheel) & as per direction officer in-charge 8 Supplying of Pole prunner (HT-75) STIHL, 2 Stroke Petrol Engine with 12 guide bar & Chain & as per direction officer in-charge 9 Supplying of Lawn Mower (20 P.O.D. Grass cutting machine fitted with 5 HP Greaves cotton diesel Engine handle and grass box complete) & as per direction officer in-charge 10 Provision of Polythene Bag size 6X8 (guage 175-200) both layer at site. 11 Provision of Moss grass at site. 12 Provision of Supply of Bone Meal at site. (Each bag of 40kg) 13 Provision of Supply of Rose Mixture at site. 14 Provision for Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately)i) SIZE 60 cm. dia and 60 cm. deep 15 ii) Holes 45 cm dia, and 45 cm deep. 16 Provision for Supply of Neem oil cake in 40 kgpacking bag at site. 17 Provision for Providing PVC Hexgonal net (Tuflex or equivalent ) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 18 Provision of Hydraulic Excavator (3D) with driver & fuel (For cutting, leveling and dumping of malba). 19 Provision of Hire charges of TATA 407 or equivalent for local shifting. 20 Ploughing the existing ground to a depth of 15 cm to 25 cm and watering the same.All kinds of soil 21 Provision for Fine dressing of the ground. 22 Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20%: one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately)For shrubbery 23 Provision for Supplying & Stacking of Selection No.1 doob grass turf at site fresh & free from weeds having proper roots in green including loading, unloading, carriage and all taxes paid etc.and as per direction of officer in charge. 24 Provision for Grassing with selection No. 1 Doob grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth, if needed (the grass and good earth shall be paid for separately). In rows 5 cm apart in both directions 25 Provision for Providing and stacking of Caesalpinia pulcherrima species of height 45-60 cm. in earthen pot of size 20 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 26 Providing and stacking of Tecoma gaudichaudi of height 60-75 cm. with 5- 6 branches in p.bag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 27 Providing and stacking of plant Canna dwarf of height 25 to 30 cm., 2 to 3 suckers in earthen pots of size 20 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 28 Providing and stacking of Ipomea (Golden leaves),with fresh and healthy leaves in 15 cm size of Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
