    Tender For Main Engine Job For Mv Swaraj Dweep; 1 PORT MAIN ENGINEType-6L 35 MC MK6, MAN B & W ALPHA DIESEL**All spares ship supply. 2 06 cylinder heads to dismount from the place after removing all connections and unscrewing hydraulically tightened cylinder head holding down nuts, and cylinder heads bottom water guide jackets to renew together with O-rings. After completion of above jobs all units to box back. 3 Overhauling of fuel oil injection pump Unit #1,#2,#3,#4,#5 & #6 4 Crankshaft alignment for CSM survey. 5 Sump oil to be clean. 6 STARBOARD MAIN ENGINEType-6L 35 MC MK6, MAN B & W ALPHA DIESEL**All spares ship supply. 7 Unit #3,#4,#5 & #7Main journal bearing same to be open up for CSM survey and after survey to be box back. 8 Crankshaft alignment for CSM survey. 9 Overhauling of fuel oil injection pump Unit #1,#2,#3,#4,#5 & #6 10 Sump oil to be clean. 11 Both PME & SME cooling water spaces to chemically clean and remove scales. 12 Both Main Engines (P &S) Pneumatic control valves of Maneouvering system to be overahuled and satisfactory trails to be given to ship staff. **All spares ship supply. 13 Upper Main Engine FO heater. Adjacent pipeline and insulation to be removed,same to be pressure tested. Same to be witnessed by MMD surveyor and same to be fitted back with new joint, pipeline and insulation. **All spares ship supply.** All material, joints and insulation contractor supply 14 Leaking tube to be plugged. Plugs contractor supply 15 Lower Main Engine FO heater. Adjacent pipeline and insulation to be removed,same to be pressure tested.Same to be fitted back with new joint, pipeline and insulation.**All spares ship supply. ** All material, joints and insulation contractor supply 16 Leaking tube to be plugged. Plugs contractor supply
