All material except stay wire shall be supplied by the contractor. 38 Ordinary earthing by 11 KV MS earth Rod 2500 mm long as per RESPO schedule. All material except earthing rod shall be supplied by the contractor. 39 Complete jumpering with help of GI pipe as per RESPO norms GI pipe and other required material shall be supplied by contractor. 40 Laying of 11KV 3x70 sqmm single XLPE cable by digging of trench size 500 mm wide 900 mm after laying of brick, sand and stone slab. 41 Laying of 11KV (3X120, 3X185, 3X300 sqmm) single XLPE cable by digging of trench size 500 mm wide 900 mm after laying of brick, sand and stone slab. 42 Stringing & Sagging of LT XLPE Cable Aluminum 1×400mm2 43 Stringing & Sagging of LT XLPE Cable Aluminum 3.5×400mm2 44 Stringing & Sagging of LT XLPE cable (1×240)sq.mm. 45 Stringing & Sagging of LT XLPE cable (3.5×240)sq.mm. 46 Digging of 33KV 3X120, 3x300sq mm XLPE cable, trench 1050 mm deep 500mm wide for laying of single XLPE cable in normal soil, supply and fixing of Ist class bricks ,stone slab ,local sand filling of soil in trench ,leveling and ramming of the same. 47 Installation of 11 KV CT/PT double metering unit of constructed double pole structure as per RESPO norms. Only 11 KV CT/PT unit shall be supplied by department. 48 Fixing & commissioning of 11 KV pilfer Resistance meter (25/5Amp.) All material except pilfer Resistance metering cubical shall be supplied by the contractor. 49 Earthling by way of Boring and lowering the B class GI pipe (Gindal ) of 50mm dia from ground upto water level not less than 20mtr as per standard practice 50 Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.5 m on a padding 0.25M deep in ground 1:5:10 cement sand and brick ballast on the top of padding brick work Ist class brick of 0.95 mtr height & 0.35 mtr wall will be constructed. Rest wall should be 0.23 mtr thick. Brick work in ratio 1:4 cement & cores Sand in the hollow portion the sand should be filled from the ground level up to 15 centimetres below from the top of wall, Cement, sand & brick Ballasts should be filled up to 15 centimetre. Two no. of channel 100x50 in length 1500mm will be grouded.0.35 CM.RCC will be done with cores sand, cement and stone ballast in the ratio of 1:2:4.The T/Fs plinth should be plastered on all sides 12mm thick in ratio 1:6 by cement and cores sand.(All the material to be arranged by the contractor). 51 Placement of 11/0.4 KV T/Fs from dump place to newly constructed T/Fs plinth & installation, commissioning of 100/250/400/630 KVA T/Fs of T/FPlinth and including jumpering with the system ( Alltherequiredmartial for abovejob shall be provided by contractor except T/Fs) 52 Fabrication erection & commissioning of 100 KVA T/F on Double pole with all accessories. All material except 100 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the contractor. 53 Fabrication erection & commissioning of 63 KVA T/F on Double pole with all accessories. All material except 63 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the contractor. 54 Fabrication erection and commissioning of 25/16/10 KVA T/F on double/single pole with all accessories.
