Sump Volume – 1536 m3 each (4 cells) Area of the sump – 16 X 16 Mtr Depth of the sump – 6 Mtr Slurry percentage – 10% • Equipment mobilization <(>&<)> de-mobilization will be vendor scope. (4 machines with Sludge pumps) • Trained and Experience manpower to be provided for job execution. • Disposal of waste within our premises nearby around 0.5km will be vendor scope. • All required PPE’s for allotted manpower to be provided by vendor. • All the tools <(>&<)> tackles, manpower <(>&<)> materials will be in vendor scope. • Electrical tools used for the job should be certified by our electrical team. • Any item which is required to complete the job but not mentioned in the list will be in vendor scope. • Vendor must ensure suitable and sufficient technical supervision for all jobs being executed by him on an exclusive basis for safe execution of work. • Housekeeping of the area to be done after completion of the job. *Movement of Manpower / Associates at our Hazira Site* • No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Wheelers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. • Vendor must ensure availability of sufficient buses/vehicles to ply their associates inside plant premises. Vendors ensure safe tr ansportation of their associates from their place of residence to respective work location in the plant and back. The movement of persons inside the plant by foot/bicycle/two wheelers is prohibited. Other Terms: Associate must undergo Medical Fitness at our Care Nursing Home, AM/NS Township, Hazira. This would be done as per AM/NS India standards and the cost shall be borne by the vendor. AMNS has its own Secure Access system called SCRUM at Hazira Site which is used for processing the Gate Pass. Scope of Work- AM / NS Steel ---------------------------- • Work permit <(>&<)> toolbox will be provided. • Electricity and water supply will be provided. • Necessary approval for gate pass and material movement will be provided. • Isolation will be done <(>&<)> Water will be emptied out till the sludge level. • If required fire water along with hoses will be provided. • Ladder <(>&<)> Scaffolding will be provided.
