tender for DISMANTLING OF 315MVA, 400/220KV TRANSFORMER, ERECTION OF 500MVA, 400/220KV TRANSFORMER ALONGWITH ASSOCIATED WORKS AT 400KV SUB STATION SARNATH, VARANASI Sl. No. Item Description 1 Dismantling of following old & used equipment by opening of nut - bolts, opening of jumpers, removal of earthing and safe shifting of LA upto store and all other associated works. 2 390KV LA 3 198KV LA (alongwith dismantling of structure & its shifting to storage place. 4 Shifting of following equipments from store to site, its erection alongwith required base modification of structure and all associate works, earthing etc. 5 390 KV LA 6 198 KV LA (alongwith structure) 7 Removal of HV / LV jumper pipe, Neutral earthing strip electrical connection including cutting of channel / angle iron and removal from foundation. 8 Complete dismantling the accessories of 315MVA Transformer (BHEL make AVAL repaired)after opening of jumpers, removal of earthing and opening of cable connection, draining out the T/F oil upto required level in 209 Lit. capacity of oil drum / tanker, removal of all radiators, conservator tank, oil pipe line, all bushings, turrets, fan motors, marshalling boxes, OLTC panel etc., blanking the radiator, oil pipe lines, conservator tanks, turret etc. with proper gasket alongwith nuts & bolts to complete the job satisfactorily including proper stacking. Blanking plates, nuts & bolts shall be provided by the department. All necessary labour T&P etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 9 Dismantling all water and air pipelines of Mulsifire system of 315MVA Transformer, it’s safe shifting to storage place. 10 Complete drain out of the Transformer oil in 209 Lit. capacity oil drums of 315MVA Transformer. 11 Create the vacuum in main tank and filling of nitrogen in 315MVA T/F main tank. 12 Shifting of main tank of 315MVA Transformer (BHEL make AVAL repaired) from plinth to storage platform upto 20 Meter distance. 13 Additional shifting of main tank of 315MVA Transformer (BHEL make AVAL repaired) as actual including all T&P and all other work required to complete the job satisfactorily. 14 After dismantling of 315MVA Transformer shifting of 400KV bushing, 220 KV & 33 KV bushing of Transformer, all fan & oil pump, motor, conservator tank, radiator to store including stacking of radiator to store including stacking of radiators. 15 Re-filling of Transformer oil in 315MVA main tank from 209 Lit. capacity oil drums by help of centrifuging machine after shifting of transformer at desired place. 16 Shifting of main tank of 500MVA T/F from storage place to plinth upto 20 meter distance. 17 Additional shifting of 500MVA T/F as actual including all T&P and all other work required to complete the job satisfactorily. 18 Providing of Dry Air at the time of opening of blanking plate for erection of 500MVA Transformer Main Tank and filling of dry air of dew point -400 C or better for completion of work. The work shall include connecting pipe as required for measurement of dew point values of dry air. 19 Complete erection of 500MVA Transformer by erection of Radiator, conservator tank, all bushings, their turret, connecting oil pipe, cooling fan, Motor drive mechanism of tape changer, RTCC panel, Oil pumps and associated oil pipelines etc. to complete the job satisfactorily including Vacuuming the main tank of the 500MVA Transformer and sustaining the required vacuum for complete removal of the moisture in main tank. Then 1st filling of oil and topping up of Transformer oil in tank, radiator, oil pipe lines, conservator tank etc. and attending the oil leakage if any and all other associated works for satisfactory completion of work, no T&P shall be provided by the department. 20 Complete evacuation of 500MVA Transformer main tank and filling of Dry Air of dew point - 400C or better in vacuum up to pressure of 0.25 Kg/Cm2 and the again. 21 Create the vacuum inside the Transformer Tank and sustain it for 24 Hrs. filling the oil step by step in 500MVA Transformer. 22 Filling the Transformer oil in oil tanker from drums by centrifuging machine to increase the BDV value in 500MVA Transformer (Approx. 110 KL) 23 Circulation of Transformer oil of 500MVA Transformer Tank or oil tanker by connecting centrifuging machine to be provided by the contractor, taking BDV value of oil and IR value of periodically, till the required BDV and IR value is obtained as per direction of supervising engineer (Approx. 110 KL). Centrifuging machine with operator and oil testing set shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. 24 Fresh earthing of 500MVA Transformer body from two different points to Neutral bushing of Transformer with 75 x 10 mm / 50 x 6 mm M.S. Flat at a depth of 2200mm in the ground along with complete earthing of radiator, Marshling Box, OLTC Cubicle and other points at 2 points Neutral Bushing of transformer including painting by Green color paints in 2 coats. (M.S. Flat will be provided by the Department). 25 Connection of 500MVA T/F with laying of cable and termination in between Turrets, WTI, OTI, Buchholz relays, PRV, cooling fans, pumps, OLTC, Marshalling Box etc. with proper ferruling as per drawing. 26 Laying of control cable of various sizes from 500MVA Transformer marshalling Box, C.T., OLTC to relay / control panel including associated works as shifting from store. 27 Inter connection of L.A, of 400KV, 220 KV equipment of 500MVA Transformer of different type connectors, HV / IV Jumpers and clamp / P.G. clamp etc. including proper bending & jointing of 4” IPS Al. pipes and all other associated works to complete the job. Bending machine shall be arranged by the contractor. 28 Remodelling of mulsifyre for 500MVA, 400/220/33KV Transformer by using and laying of existing pipe lines of size 25mm, 40mm, 50mm, 65mm & 80mm GI Pipe Lines in overhead and using other useful components like deluge valve, QB detector, High Velocity Nozzle used in mulsifyre installed at existing 315MVA Transformer as per specification and site requirement, complete with associated work. 29 Supply & laying of following ‘B’ Class (IS: 1239) GI Pipe Lines overhead/ underground in addition to above item (1A) as per site requirement specification andcomplete with associated tees, Elbows / Bends, sockets, flanges etc. by due cutting, bending, fabricating and welding etc. of pipe lines including digging of earth trench 1 meter below ground level as well as below the bed of cable trenches & road crossing alongwith anticorrosive treatment by bituminous painting on outer surfaces and wrapping hot dipped bitumen jute in 2 layers of underground pipe lines & 2 coats painting of overhead pipe lines in P.O. red colour after applying of one coat of red oxide primer. Current Transformer including removal of cable, earthing etc. and shifting to store safely. 50 Dismantling of old 245KV CT Junction Box including removal of cable, earthing etc. and shifting to store safely. 51 Erection of 220KV Main lattice type structure (BXM) required for twin moose Jack Bus Bar. The job. consist of shifting of structure parts, Nut & Bolts from store to erection site in switchyard, its erection as per relevant drawing and practice using flat washers etc. with each bolt. 52 Carriage of 220KV Main lattice type structure (BXM) from other Sub Station / Place (Distance approx. 150 Km.) 53 Erection of 245 KV 2000/1600/1000 A Current Transformer in 220 KV Bay of 500MVA transformer as per instruction manual of various equipment and technical specification, proper earthing and shifting of material from store to site including all other associated works to complete the job. 54 Erection of 245 KV CT Junction Box in 220 KV Bay of 500MVA transformer as per instruction manual of various equipment and technical specification, proper earthing and shifting of material from store to site including all other associated works to complete the job. 55 Providing and fixing of 245KV S&S make male contact arm assembly for 2000 Amp. made of Aluminium Rod on side connecting the male contact solid core with U type housing and another side connecting the contact finger matching another side 20x6 mm copper fingers including dismantling of old 1250 Amp. 220Kv arm assembly and fixing new 2000 Amp. assembly proper checking alignment and Adjustment. 56 Providing and fixing of 245KV S&S make female contact arm assembly for 2000 Amp.made of Aluminium Rod one side connecting the fixing Jaw assembly with 20x6mm copper finger complete with main arm, another side connecting the contact finger matching wit rotary rod including dismantling of old 1250 Amp. assembly, proper checking alignment and adjustment. 57 Providing and fixing of 245KV S&S make Rotary head assembly made of aluminium alloy housing-mounting arranged up on insulator in centre connecting clamp including dismantling of old Rotary head assembly and fixing of new rotary 2000 Amp. proper checking alignment and adjustment. 58 De-Stringing & dismantling of existing 220KV Jack Bus Bar (Approx. length 75 Meter) of single ACSR Moose conductor of 220KV Bay of existing 315MVA Transformer - IV including De-hoisting of Disc Insulator strings of Tension & fittings from gantry alongwith shifting of the old conductors and fittings etc. from switchyard to sub station stores. (1 Job. for each Bays of each section of the Bus Bar). 59 Stringing & proper sagging of 220KV Jack Bus Bar section (R, Y & B phase) for 500 MVA, 400/220/33 KV Transformer by twin Moose conductor, the work includes carriage of conductor from store to site, straightening, cutting & bending fitting of hardware, spacers etc. alongwith hoisting of 120 KV disc insulator string etc. with all cost of men and T&P required for the job. Approx. length 75 Meter (R, Y & B phase) 60 Bay wise interconnection of equipment with twin moose conductor of R, Y & B phase at 220 KV Bus Bar to standard Isolator of Bus - I ( 1E/S), Tandem Isolator of Bus- II, Line Isolator (2E/S) and Tandem Isolator of Transfer Bus including cutting, bending to proper shape, size fixing with clamp and all associated works as per specification. 61 Breakdown Voltage Test, Water Content Test, Dielectric Dissipation Factor Test, Resistivity and Dissolved Gas Analysis (as per IS Norms) along with collection charges of 1 No. Oil Samples (1st Oil Sample for testing will be taken before charging) of new 500MVA, 400/220KV Transformer. Dissolved Gas Analysis (as per IS Norms) along with collection charges of 3 No. Oil Samples (2nd Oil Sample for testing will be taken after 24 hrs. of charging) of new 500MVA, 400/220KV Transformer, 3rd Oil Sample for testing will be taken after 7 days of charging and 4th Oil Sample for testing will be taken after 1 month of charging. 62 Providing Electrical Safety clearance from Office of the Director Electrical Safety, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow by submitting Electrical inspection fees through Challan for Energisation of 1 no. 500MVA, 400/220KV Transformer.
