    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Lpg Pipeline Manifold System - NEW LPG PIPE LINE WORK-MANIFOLD BEARING HVF NO B339 SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Checking of LPG gas leak points and the same to be arrested by replacing pipes. 2. Materials required like pipes, fittings, hoses etc. are to be assessed and supplied for replacement. 3. After arresting the leaks, pressure test to carry out by using nitrogen gas for 24 hours. Any further leak noticed; the same points are to be arrested and pressure test to done until no leak. 4. Defective/ leaking hoses, regulators and valves are to be replaced. 5. In the manifold room, HOOTER/ALARM facility to be provided, in case LPG gas leak. 6. To avoid back fire, required non return valve to be incorporated in the existing manifold. 7. Required rate of pressure gauge to be fitted in the existing manifold. 8. Control valve for entire manifold to be fitted. 9. Fire resistant paint to be painted on the entire manifold. 10. Supplier may visit the site for assessment, before quoting. 11. Any other thing required for smooth functioning, which is not mentioned in the scope also to be provided. 12. Present layout of gas manifold and required layout of gas manifold drawings are attached herewith. 13. In gas manifold room 12 LPG gas cylinder connecting facility to be provided. For each cylinder line open/close valve to be fitted to connect/disconnect the cylinder with manifold. 14. Gas cylinder connecting manifold to be fitted in the wall. Through flexible hose it is connected with cylinders. 15. This is whole job i.e., like turnkey job. 16. Present gas manifold is VOT system (Vapour off take) 17. Guarantee/ Warranty: At least 1 year service warranty to be provided. Total Quantity :
