| 14 | Note for Item No 02 to 13 :- (a) The contractor shall make AMC contract for 11 months with the original manufacturer of the equipments and the repairs/ maintenance shall be carried out through the Authorised service agency only as per instructions recommended by the original manufacturer. |
| 15 | (b) The authorised service agency must be attended as and when called for urgent nature of repair of the equipments. |
| 16 | (c)Any minor items to be replaced is included in the item quoted rate. |
| 17 | (d)The contractor shall providevisit/inspection of service engineer of authorised dealer for servicing of the eqpt in each quarter i.e on quarterly basis and on phone call for attending emergency brake downs during the entire contract period. |
| 18 | (e) Payment shall be made thrice for the period of 4 qtrs propotionately for the conprehensive maintenance. Please note that given quantity will not be enhanced, if the contract period has extended andpayment is not applicable for extended period. |
