Tender For Import Substitution Of Goods And Services And Development Of Vendors For Goods And Services Required By Oil India Limited (Oil).- Supply, installation & commissioning of Hydrogen Blending Plant for blending with oil field natural gas (well head gas) to fuel-quality for operation of one Gas engine driven Genset of capacity 50KVA (Ashok Leyland Engine Model: AL6ENG2/2 - 50 KVA, and Leroy Summer make alternator) in one of OIL’s field Installation. The capacity of the Plant Output should be hydrogen blended natural gas in volume and pressure required for operation of the genset for 12(twelve Hours) per day. The scope of work also includes integrating the Hydrogen Blending Plant with the existing natural gas piping line connected to the genset and operation of the genset for 12(twelve) hours a day. The supply should include all equipment (except gas engine driven genset), vessels, measuring & monitoring meters for safe and smooth operation of the plant including the following but not limited to them only: Vendor’s Scope: 1. Installation: Unloading, Civil works, Electrical works & misc. items, including Cost of Commissioning and Initial supply of H2 required, Pipe supply & Site piping work etc. 2. Operating Cost: Hydrogen Gas, Gas Analyser replenishments, Natural Gas Desiccator implants, metering of fuel etc., including Cost of Monitoring per month: Requisite personnel for 12 hrs. daily with report generation and associated data compilations. The report should contain CO2 emission Reduction, Reductiof consumption of Natural gas as fuel etc. H2 Gas Cylinder + CASCADE for Uninterrupted availability to be supplied by the party for 6(Six) Months to 12 Months.
