Bids Are Invited For Operation And Maintenance Of Other Machines And Plants -Complete System, MECHANICAL OPERATION AND MAINTENACNE CONTRACT AT IOCL, GREASE PLANT VASHI FOR TWO YEARS, REACTORS: (2 Nos.) Visual inspection for any leakage etc. and repairing the same. Changing of nuts, bolts & gaskets of manhole as and when required. Topping up lubricating oil in the lube oil pump of reactor agitator. Monitoring the pressure in the nitrogen cylinder of mechanical seal and reporting the same. KETTLES AND PRESSURE KETTLES: (9 Nos.) Daily cleaning of Kettle bottom strainers/jali before start of processing activity and as & when required during the shift operation. Visual inspection for any leakage etc. and repairing the same. Changing/topping up of lubricating oil into gear box as & when required. HOMOGENISERS: (5 Nos.) Visual inspection for any leakage etc. and repairing the same. Replacement/topping up of lubricating oils, changing the strainer of homogenizer. PUMPS (GEAR, TRIPLE SCREW & WATER): (60 Nos. approx.) Visual inspection for any leakage, etc. and repairing the same. Replacement/fitting of/gland packing etc. as and when required. Replacement/topping up of lubricating oils as and when required. Checking & tightening of foundation bolts, coupling guard, coupling alignment etc. OIL SKIMMERS: (2 Nos.) To operate both the oil skimmers in the shift if required. To raise the required level by filling water, To dispose of collected oil as advised by IOC Officer. To maintain skimmers in good conditions & keep the daily checking & operation record., INDUSTRIAL LIFT & HOISTS: (2 Nos.) Visual inspection for any damage in wire rope, pulley etc. and repairing the same. Replacement/topping up of lubricating oils as and when required. SMALL CAN FILLING SYSTEM: (1 Set) Replacement/topping up of lubricating oils as and when required. Changing the parts for filling of required sizes as and when required. Small can machine filling nozzle tightening. Also includes adjusting the nozzle to fill 20L/25L/50L COMPRESSORS: (2 Nos.) Visual inspection for any leakage, foundation bolts, etc. and repairing the same. Replacement/topping up of lubricating oils as and when required. Changing of V belts as and when required. BOILERS: (2 Nos.) Visual inspection for any steam leakage etc. from flange joints and repairing the same. FURNACES: (2 Nos.) Visual inspection for any leakages etc. and repairing the same. Checking of any abnormal condition as per operation & maintenance manual of the Furnace and rectifying the same. PIPELINES: Check leakage from flange joints and tighten/repairing the same, if found leaky. It includes welding patch work or small piece work. Only plates or pipes will be provided by IOCL. Starting the motor and filling the water tanks located in canteen, workers changing room, S&D building, DGM and Admin building and TITEX Plant. VALVES: (70 Nos. approx.) Greasing of valve stem. Check hand wheels / wheel nuts in position. Check leakage from drain and vent valves, glands and repairing the same as and when required. REACTORS CUM KETLES: (2Nos.) Visual inspection for any leakage etc. and repairing the same. Changing of nuts, bolts & gaskets of manhole as and when required., Topping up of lubricating oil in the lube oil pump and gearbox assembly of reactor agitator., LDO - Receipt LDO in Tanks & taking daily dip & maintain record. Top up LDO in Furnace & Boiler Fuel tanks daily & maintain the records., Lube Oils Receipt of Lube Oils. Topping up of lube oils in equipment and taking inventory. Oil/Air/water/grease Filter and strainers opening, cleaning & refitting Ball Valve/NRV/Flange/Spool piece removal, gasket replacement & refitting. Water/oil/air Hose fixing INCLUDES BOTH SIDE FIXING SHANK/FLANGE JOIINT/cam lock coupling Motor removal & refitting with proper alignment. Pump removal, servicing (checking bearing & mech. seals & replacing if necessary), refitting Pump/motor coupling removal, refitting. Flange/love joy/flexible coupling. Pump/motor removal from site & loading/unloading for shifting to workshop (if breakdown) or vice- versa Manhole opening & refitting with gasket replacement, cutting the gasket and fixing. Oiling/greasing/ oil top up of pumps/any equipment and removing old oil Barrel Filling Machine Air cylinder removal/servicing/refitting and repairing. Cleaning of strainer of Tanks and refitting with 200 Mesh jali. Mechanical jobs to be carried out at Plant during TT loading unloading operation. Working on Holiday, Sunday & Night Shift as per requirement or breakdown maintenance for skilled mechanic. Working on Holiday, Sunday & Night Shift as per requirement or breakdown maintenance for unskilled manpower Kettle Exhaust Duct Jali Cleaning During maintenance if any welding/gas cutting etc. is required to be done the same will be done and IOCL will provide electricity and water free of cost. The consumable materials for welding and gas cutting and welding machine will be arranged by the contractor. Product Hoses testing (4 nos.) with submission of test reports. Half yearly. Carry out change over in Auto pack filling machine from one package to another as and when required which includes, replacing all change parts required (change parts are supplied by IOC and are available at Plant), re-setting position of all components to suit the new pack to be filled, testing, and stabilizing for filling. Homogenizer operation Maintain logbook (PM/PDM) of Reactors, Kettles, Homogenizers and Pumps. All the workers to be present at the time of various audits/inspection for miscellaneous activities and aiding IOCL officers and auditors (internal as well as external). Total Quantity :
