Tenders For Supply And Installation Of Ht Metering Equipment – Reg. Supply of 11 kV outdoor oil cooled type HT CT-PT units for metering consisting of the following components suitable for outdoor structure mounting including all necessary accessories like screws,ut, bolt frame etc complete as required at site. PT- 25 VA 11kV/110V CL 0.2 - 1 No CT 10/5A 10VA CL 0.2S - 3 Nos (Approved Make- Intrans, Indus) Installation, Testing and commissioning of outdoor CTPT unit, HT meter in the existing DP structure including providing required channel for mounting the unit and giving connection to all power and control cables etc complete as required at site Supply and Providing 3 phase, 4 wire, HT CT/PT operated, Uni-directional, accuracy class 0.2S for both Active and Reactive energy, -/5A, HT static tri vector meter with TOD register, DLMS compliant & AMR compatible with optical and RS232 port, having ISI Marking, suitable for measurement of active energy kWh, reactive energy kVARh and apparent energy kVAh and kVA MD, kW MD at nominal frequency in the range of 47.5Hz to 52.5 Hz in balanced as well as unbalanced load conditions in the existing metering cubicle and giving connections etc complete as required at site. The meter shall be complying to the standards prescribed by KSEB Ltd .(The meter shall be supplied with test certificate from the manufacturer)(Approved Make-L&T) Charges for carrying out testing new CTUnit, PT unit, HT TOD meter in the KSEB TMR including<br>transportation, remitting testing fees, Laisoning with all required offices etc and all incidental and statutory<br>expenses required in this regard. Supply & Providing suitable way Test terminal Block with covering and sealing provision including giving all the control connections etc complete as required at Charges for Dismantiling the existing CT, PT units, old HT TOD meter,etc and its power and control connections, control cables and all related accessories required at site and hand over the same to the Maintenance department of the unit as per the directions of site in charge Supply and laying 12C x 2.5 Sq.mm UG 2XFY PVC insulated 1.1 kV grade copper conductor control cable from CT-PT unit to HT TOD meter. (Approved make-Havells, Polycab, V Guard, RR) Supply and providing cable glanding, gland earthing and end termination of UG control cable of the size 12C x 2.5 Sq.mm with brass compression gland and copper lugs/sockets etc complete Supply and providing 11 kV DO fuse of good quality in the existing DP structure including dismantling of existing fuse set Supply and drawing bare earthing conductors of the following sizes along with wiring/ cables and giving connection as required8.00 mm copper conductor (0 SWG) Supply of superior quality copper earth socket for the following size of earth conductor including crimping etc. as required.8 mm (0 SW
