| 1 | Disconnecting electric connectionof the split AC cap 2.00 TR from its stabilizer or its electric board and remove the front cover of indoor AC unit and clean it with pressure water including cleaning wire mesh/ brush/nylon brush without spoiling inside area of room, then refixing the front cover of indoor unit split type AC including cleaning of air filter.Remove the outer cover of out door unit and covered the condenser moto with ploythene/ plastic cover so that water shall not be entered in the motor while cleaning the unit with pressure water and applyingcleaner solution and cleanwire mesh with bursh/nylon brush to the condensing coil of out door unit including greasing of fan motor, checking of complete wiring of ACs and tightening all electrical connection with thimble and reconnecting the electrical connection with DBs, Stabilizer as per site condition, Note- Spares required for replacement will be measured and paid separately |
