ENGINE Servicing (as per OEM Manual), Checking of engine, including replacement of Lubricant, Ad- Blue, Air Filter, Mobil Filter etc. 02. CLUTCH & GEAR BOX Servicing (as per OEM Manual), Checking of Clutch, including replacement/ Top up of Clutch oil & Gearbox Oil etc. 03. FRONT & REAR AXLES Servicing (as per OEM Manual) Checking of FRONT & REAR AXLES, including replacement of axle oil, Greasing, King pin, shackle pin, slack adjuster etc. 04. STEERING & SUSPENSION Servicing (as per OEM Manual) Checking of STEERING & SUSPENSION, including replacement of steering oil, spring cambering & suspension work etc. 05. BRAKES Servicing (as per OEM Manual), Checking of Brakes. 06. ELECTRIAL & ELECTRONICS Servicing (as per OEM Manual), Checking of Electrical & Electronics system, such as checking battery terminals & Mountings, Electrolyte level, lights, indicator, horn, wiper system, mountings of starter motor, alternator, head lamp, bulb, fuses, Electric cables, Self-starter, Control Units, Sensors etc. [OEM Specified Battery will be supplied by HDC] 07. CABIN Servicing (as per OEM Manual) Checking of Cabin, such as checking of cabin filter, cabin tilt pump, Greasing of cabin rear lock pin etc. 08. WHEELS & TYRES Servicing (as per OEM Manual), Checking of wheels, Tyres, Wheel Rims etc. to be carried out. [OEM Specified Tyres will be supplied by HDC] 09. TIPPER Servicing (as per OEM Manual) Checking of Tipper is to be carried out. 10. EXHAUST & Ad-Blue Servicing (as per OEM Manual) Checking of exhaust to be carried out. Checking of exhaust system assembly, silencer & all joints, flexible hose & wire mesh, Ad-Blue filter, Ad- Blue tank assembly, necessary top-up of Ad- Blue etc. 11. CHASSIS Servicing (as per OEM Manual) Checking of chassis is to be carried out. 12. Air Conditioning System Servicing (as per OEM Manual) Checking of Air Conditioning System, Parts replacement, Gas charging etc. to be carried out. 13. Any other Servicing/repairing which are essential for smooth operation of the FCT -09 & 10. -01. Service Cost for Fire Fighting Vehicle-FCT-09 (WB-29B-4845) (including to and fro charges, labour, stay charge, etc.) 02 Service Cost for Fighting Vehicle-FCT-10 (WB-29B-3961) (including to and fro charges, labour and stay charge, etc.) 03.
