    Construction Of Various Works Pkg 01/2024-25 At Kums Nimbahera Distt. Chittorgarh 1 Const. of self supporting metal dom roofing in back side of Ware house at KUMS Nimbahera 2 Providing and fixing self-supported, ribbed, high quality high grade (D350 MPA Yst Min) Pre- painted Galvalume steel roof sheet, colour coated with bare galvalume coating AZ 150, @ 150 grs/Smtr 55% AL, 45% Zn) by hot dip process, of total coated thickness as specified for different spans with atolerance of +/- 0.02 mm, according to technical specificatoin confirming to A 792 with NCCA ll-1 or ECCA T4 pencil hardness HB, NCCA standard T- Bend test. The roof should be fasened to the gutter beam, on the external sloping side, at an interval of 51 mm centre to centre, to a depth of 65 mm with Ghanchor bolts and neoprene washeres & subjecting the gutter beam to schmidt. hammer test to ensure the anchorage of the anchor bolts, the self suported roofing system should be designed to with stand (1.40mm Thick) 2.1 the wind load (As per IS 875 part -3) with any other technical reqquriements such as turbo ventilaors of 0.60 mts. dia and skyfights of size 4.26 x 0.60 mts. fixed one in each row @! 10.00 mtr. C/C along the length & hangers for electrical fixtures as per the requlrements including cost of all mateials & labour for erection all lead and lift leading and unloading HOM of machineres etc. complete as per the stnadard detailed technial specification, design and directions of the engineer in charge of the work. 2.2 (A) Span above 23 meters upto 25 meters (b) Material specificaton: colour coated galalume sheet, weighting 15.16 kg/sqm BMT. 1.40 mm, APT: 1.45 mm, Tolerance +/- 0.04 mm
