Long as per RESPO norms 16 Making the plinth of ST Poles. 17 Carriage & Mounting from site to Store/store to site following capacity transformer including the work of its loading & unloading, dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 18 400 KVA T/F 19 Fixing of earthing rod as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of labour, T&P etc. Required for proper completion of work. 20 Fixing of following accessories:- 21 11 KV Pin Insulator 22 11 KV Disc Insulator 23 11 KV V-type cross arm 24 F-Bracket. 25 Providing & Fixing ofClamps of LT,Cross Arm Holding, F-Clamp, Stay Clamp, Danger board clamp with Nut & Bolts. 26 Filling of 3x70 Sq.mm. 11 KV XLPE heat shrinkable cable jointing kits indoor & outdoor type including the cost of labour T&P carrier etc for proper completion of work. 27 Safe carriageof 3x70 Sq.mm.11 KVXLPE Cable from Store Center to respective site of work including loading & unloading at both ends for proper completion of work. 28 Laying of 3x70 Sq.mm. 11 KV under ground cable by straight through after digging trench of 600 mm. wide, 1500 mm deep, providing the fine sand cushion beneath and above the cable. The cable shall be duly protected by Ist class bricks, two on either side and third on top of the cable, laid in series one after the other. The work includes supplying of fine sand and bricks, filling and ramming of the left out soil, closing the trench and levelling. Spare cable shall be left and buried in the trench in the shape of rings at both ends. All material (except cable), labour, T&P carrier etc, required for proper completion of work will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 29 Safe carriage of 11 KV pilfer proof metering cubicle from store centre, Sarsol to site of work including loading and unloading at both ends. Average distance approx. 0 km to 50 km. 30 Erection & grouting of 11 KV pilfer proof metering cubicle making connections with bus bar, tapping with Empire Tape with existing earthing. The above work includes the cost of labour, T&P, carrier & material etc. required for proper completion of work except cost of 11 KV VCBs. 31 Installation of 11 KV CT-PT combined metering unit on double pole after fixing of channel with M.S. Clamps and nuts bolts for holding the channel angle etc. The unit body shall be earthed by connecting M.S. strip of size 1/8x1 finally connected to earthing rod of size 20mm x2540 mm. 11 KV line shall be connected to unit as per instructions of SDO/AE(M). The M.S. Strip & earth rod shall be included in the scope of work. 32 Fixing of 11 KV Fuse set as per RESPO norms. 33 Safe Cartage of 11 KV VCB from Store Center, Sarsol to respective site. 34 Errection and Instalation of 11 KV VCB including all labour out going incoming connection with bus bar 11 KV cable boxes tapping with empire tape & H.T. tape and connecting with earthing at respective site. 35 Earthing of 11 KV VCB providing & laying M.S. earth strip 50x6 mm including welding bending etc. at respective site. 36 Wearing GI pipe 6” dia on the feeder cable before mounting the cable on the double pole lifting, mounting and clamping of 11 KV feeder cable with boxes on the feeder double pole structure and making connections including supply. 37 Fixing of danger board with clamp N&Bas per RESPO norms. 38 Body and neutral earthing of 400 KVA distribution Transformers installed by digging of pit up to water level depth (approx. 100’) and then inserting1-1/4 dia G.I. pipe of B grade, conforming to the requirement of IS specification and then connecting the top of the inserted pipe and transformer body through GI strip of size 50x6 mm with the help of nut and bolt or through gas welding, as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of arrangement of all material, labourer, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 39 Construction of 400 KVA Transformer of Plinth of size 5’x5x4’ above ground level and one ft. below the ground level of 9”. After excavation of 4” earth, brick ballast shall be provided and rammering will be done properly after that a retaining wall of 9” width by first class brick in ratio 1:4 of cement and sand shall be made. The earth shall be filled up to one ft. below the top of the plinth. After this brick ballast shall be provided up to 6” from the earth level and proper rammering shall be done. One No. jall of 12 mm M.S. tor shall be fixed in the hollow of plinth and one ft. thick RCC in ratio of cement, sand and stone ballast shall be laid on the top of the Plinth. The 12 mm thick plastering shall be done all around the plinth in 1:4 ratio of cement and sand. The contractor shall be responsible to complete the work as per direction of Supervising Engineer. It including the cost of all material, labour T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 40 FABRICATION & ERECTION OF FENCING AND CONSTRUCTION OF RETAINING WALL AROUND400 KVAT/F.The complete 11/0.4 KV Substation
