    Tender For Transformer Repairing Work At Nesac Residential Complex And Servicing Other Transformers At Nesac Premises Of 500 Kva Each Repairing of 3phase, 11kV/433V, 500 KVA transformer of The Indian Transformers Limited make, SI.No: 9449 KVA: 500 Voltage HV: 11000 V Voltage LV: 433 V Ampere HV: 26.24 A Ampere LV: 667 A Year of MFG: 1988 Makers ref no: 2862 Repairing includes replacing the HV winding with suitable size Copper HV winding as per standard, replacing the transformer oil, replacement of breather, replacing the transformer oil indicator, repainting the internal of transformer chamber with insulation paint as per standard and external surface of transformer with one coat of primer and enamel paint of existing shade, arresting the oil leaks of the main chamber if any, replacing the oil chamber gasket, replacing the HT bushings if damaged. After repairing of transformer the contractor may arrange all the functional testes in co-ordination with MePDCL Umiam for charming
