Specification, name, brand, and details must be mentioned in the quotation related to supply and repairing cases. Mentioned each and every head of repairing separately indicating the replacement spares for future reference. Warranty must be included in case of any manufacturing defective and it would be supplier/s responsibility to co-ordinate/ arrange. That quote will be treated as item Wise rate concept. Separate Comparative chart will be prepared for each item. Minimum 6 months warranty for any service or against spares from the date of completion of the job. Cost of the Inspection after completion of the job must be arranged by agency.
