Location: Plantation proposed at Sankari village, Phuljhar Panchayat – PIN: 758085 (28 K.M from Keonjhar) Species to be Planted: 1. Mango, 2. Radhachuda, 3. Karamanga, 4. Pomegranates, 5. Jackfruit, 6. Guava, 7. Neem, 8. Jamun, 9. Pesta Badam, 10. Karanja etc. Work Schedule: • The Plantation will be done during July 2024 and maintain up to June 2027. • Plant height will be 3 - 4 ft of 1 year and 6-month-old. • The plant will be maintained up to 3 years. For 1st Year (12 months) maintenance cost will be included in the order and 2nd and 3rd year maintenance cost, we will issue work order in next year. Plant Protection: Plant protection will be done by fencing, Tree guard (green net) with guard stick bamboo post with Nail ware for covering of guard peaching plant including labour for posting up tree complete. Maintenance: • Watch and ward for 12 months from April to March 365 days. • The vendor shall maintain the plantation and any damage during contract period vendor shall be replaced the plant and planting of new plant with watering manuring treatment fertilizer etc. • The plants are to be handed over with 85 - 90% survival percentage. • Watering under vendor scope (watering excluding Monsoon) • During the maintenance period in case death of any plant due to contractor’s negligence or inadequate efforts, the contractor shall replace the same with a properly grown healthy plant of equivalent height and types. • Contractor will ensure that all plants remain free of diseases, pests, etc. during development and maintenance periods. General: • Contractor to furnish all materials, labour and related items necessary to complete the work. • Delivery of all materials to the site without additional cost is also a part of the scope of the work. Transportation of plants to site as and when required is under contractor scope. • Digging of pits for plantation, manure, other fertilizers to the plants, spraying or application of insecticides, pesticides, fungicides, herbicides etc. to the plants as and when required shall be under contractor scope. • The site cleaning / removal of unwanted bushes, weeds, etc. would be inclusive of the total rates quoted by the contractor.
