    Tender For Alloy Furnace Melting Shop Shed 1 27020570 10 10 20 ERECTION OF STRUCTUR STEEL 60 TO 10 FABRICATION OF MS STRUCTURE 60 TO 30 FIXING OF SHEETS 2,000 M2 Email : anurag.gupta@amns.in Contact : Name : Anurag Gupta Item Details : *Scope of work for vendor: - Vendor have to considered raw material as mentioned in Drawing/BOM. - All the required Raw Material, manpower / general tools <(>&<)> tackles will be in Vendor scope. - Vendor will Manufacture Shed Items as per Drawing at their works and Installation shall be done at AMNS Site. - All the statutory requirements for the labours - Labour license/ P.F/ Insurance/ Medical/ transportation will be arranged and managed by Vendor. - All required Manpower and General Tool’s tackles required for the job will be managed by Vendor. - Mandatory Personal Protective Equipments (PPEs) required for the job Like Safety shoes, safety goggles, safety helmet, cotton hand gloves, ear plugs and Boiler suit shall be provided by Vendor. -All required consumable like Gases, Welding Electrodes, and Grinding Wheels Etc. For the job would be arranged and managed by Vendor. -Erection of STRUCTURE and related structures to be carried out as per the TS. -Final painting as per site requirement and instruction by AM/NS. -Blasting <(>&<)> Painting of MS Structure as per technical specification. - Loading, unloading <(>&<)> transporting the fabricated structure from Fabrication OTS yard to Painting <(>&<)> blasting yard and after blasting <(>&<)> painting Loading <(>&<)> transporting the PROJECT @ AMNS HAZIRA. Unloading of FG will be done by erection contractor. -Crane/ Hydra required for Shed Installation shall be in vendor Scope. -All safety compliance / norms has to follow as per AMNS. * Scope of work for AMNS: - AMNS has to provide Power, Air, Water <(>&<)> Safe place for Execution of job at free of cos
